El personal de recepción es muy agradable, y educado, y nos atendieron a nuestra llegada muy amablemente. Nunca antes en ningún otro hotel me habían recibido con una carta de bienvenida a mi nombre, cosa que me resultó un detalle muy bueno por parte del hotel, y hace que de verdad sientas un trato personalizado y cercano. También tengo que destacar, que es de las pocas veces que he llegado a un hotel por la mañana y han tenido la habitación a punto, y no hemos tenido que esperar a que la hicieran. La habitación estaba muy limpia, y la habían calentado previamente a nuestra llegada, todo un detalle, teniendo en cuenta los 5 grados que hacía en la calle. Por fin encuentro un hotel con cortina de ducha en el cuarto de baño, y no una incómoda mampara de cristal, por la que el agua se sale por todas partes. Las 2 camas que tenía la habitación, eran de 120cm de ancho por 190 de largo, para ser individuales son bastante grandecitas, el colchón comodísimo. La luz de la habitación no era ni demasiado tenue, ni demasiado brillante, sino que tenía la intensidad justa para ver bien y no ser deslumbrado. Las habitaciones, muy bien insonorizadas, por lo que no se oían ruidos de fuera, ni de la calle, ni de otras habitaciones. La verdad es que es un hotel super cómodo, muy bien situado, cerca de todos los sitios de interés, y con aparcamiento.

Esta ubicado en la misma calle del boulevard de la sidra, Gascona, pero al principio del todo, de manera que es a la vez ideal para estar en pleno centro y descansar tranquilos, sin ruidos. La noche salió a 50 euros, en Octubre, la habitación tenía todos los detalles y confort de un 4 o incluso 5 estrellas. La habitación estaba orientada al interior, pero al ser un quinto piso, era muy luminosa. Y el lavabo también era grande, con bañera. Sólo le hubiese faltado incluir el desayuno. Pero no supuso un problema, al estar en pleno centro hay muchos lugares donde tomar un gran desayuno a muy buen precio.

Su excelente situación, en pleno casco viejo, a un paso de todos los monumentos de la ciudad, y la buena calidad y estado de sus instalaciones: habitación amplia, buen cuarto de baño, limpieza y acceso gratuito a servicios como caja fuerte o internet. Al situarse en pleno casco viejo, se oye algo (aunque no excesivamente) el ruido de las juergas nocturnas de la calle, y si eres muy sensible al ruido, te puede despertar.

La atención es muy correcta y atenta. Hemos estado cuatro noches y hemos realizado 3 excursiones en los alrededores de Oviedo, comentabamos con la recpeción donde ibamos a ir al día siguiente y luego le hablabamos de como nos habia ido. Si volvemos a Oviedo, repetiremos el mismo hotel y lo recomendaremos.

Ubicación inmejorable, a 200 M. de la Catedral y en plena calle Gascona y sus sidrerías, con parking propio a precio razonable (10 €/ día). Habitación amplia y cómoda. Personal amable y eficaz. Colchón un poco duro para mi gusto.

Ottima posizione, valida sia per visitare la città vecchia che la parte più moderna. Molto comodo l'alloggio fornito (due stanze comunicanti con due bagni). Colazione molto costosa. I bambini pagano come gli adulti (10.70€). e se I bambini sono inappetenti, come nel mio caso...
