We booked a Confort room (which has twin beds) but upgraded to the Superior room for 20 Euros. Well worth the extra money! Buffet breakfast is good with plenty of choice but in January there weren't so many guests and that showed in F.I. the cheese: out too long without refrigeration.

Everything apart from the thief!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife had a brown suede sheepskin type jacket worth 110 pounds stolen after she left it in the piano bar by mistake. It was very late evening or early morning when we left with only the barman and two customers remaining in the bar but no one saw it being taken !!!!!

We stay at this hotel several times a year as we visit our grandson who lives in Vitoria. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in,comfortable rooms and the most sumptious beds ever.The staff are very nice and helpful. Missed some of them this time maybe they were on vacation. Liked the improvement of the meals in the cafeteria very tasty.Staff very nice in there also.

Hotel staff were nice and helpful. Hotel is very close to old city center. Free Internet connection is a joke, on web surfing (non SSL-secured) is free. Anything else (mail, vpn,...) is charged.

Very comfortable and convenient for buses, walkable to both town centre and railway station. Hotel of this quality should not be charging for use of internet, particulary when located in such public area.

The room was smart and clean and, as were were on the Club/business floor (it was weekend) we had tea/coffee making facilities which were welcome. The bathroom had all the accoutriments one might expect and more, and was spotless and the breakfast buffet was varied and good. The piano bar and cafeteria were neatly situated and not over priced, the staff helpful. Silken hotels seem to keep up a good standard and yet they are not duplicates one of another but rather individualistic though recognisable.

Lovely room, hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. Very much enjoyed our stay here. Wi-Fi in our room worked very poorly, ended up going into the common areas.

I liked very much the hotel´s situation, ease from which to explore the lovely city of Vitoria Gasteiz, the complementary box of toiletries, the hotel ambience, the layout, the restaurant (excellent value for money and v tasty)...in a word, everything!! Keep up the good work

I spent one night at this hotel, I was very satisfied for the very good price and the hotel's position (very near to the city center). There's a good bar and the room was very big and confortable. I would stay there again.

Easy checkin, nice spacious room, facilities, it was good to stay in a genuine 4 star hotel in Europe (most imho Europe hotels compare very unfavourably with hotels in Asia) - I equate European 4 star hotels as overpriced with Asian 3 star quality at best - this hotel was a very pleasant exception
