Clean nice rooms. Great buffet breakfast included. We did not expect that for the price. Had a place for the bikes in the garage.

We liked almost everything! Room & bathroom was nice & clean, perfect location (near to the beach and to the historical building), friendly staff.

The buffet breakfast might be good at the beginning of the breakfast hours, at least it seemed that there has been a wide range of selection before we came... Unfortunately we usually do not stand up early, wherefore we just arrived for the last 30 minutes of the breakfast. In other hotels this wasn't a big deal. Here many things were eaten up, some remaining hot food was already cold, staff was cleaning the tables while we and some other guests were still eating. We were quite disappointed, especially after hearing the great reviews about the breakfast. I just can advise you to go to breakfast rather early...

Great price, good location. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and range of breakfast dishes - great value for money. Free street parking was also available.

For me it was a very good deal and the staff and facilities resto etc., were excellent.

The only thing some people like slamming doors but otherwise can't complain. Will go again.

Easy to find. Good location and easy walk to beach. Staff friendly and helpful and with good English spoken by most. Food was plentiful and enjoyable, especially the breakfast menu.

Nothing. This was more like a hostel, not 3 star - it would be lucky to be 1 star.

Room not comfortable, bed was terrible. Hotel had no ambiance whatsoever. Was glad to leave it.

The location is good (beach, market, supermarkets). Not noisy. Excellent suppers. Good conditioner.

Everything is OK

Good location, large room and large breakfast even though could have been of higher quality.

Way too noisy, we felt like it was a factory with many people around and with noise from early in the morning. We could hear discussions from other rooms. No proper security system in our room as well, only a simple hook to close the window going on the terrace. It was not enough knowing that the terrace was accessible from all the buildings around.

I thought the Ciutedella was a great bargain in Roses, Spain. We stayed in a quad with breaqkfast included. The breakfast was great. The location is 3 mins from the beach and, of course, close to the Citadel. The staff were incredibly friendly. Parking is 6 euro is a garage across the street.

The hotel is very close to the beach and with a 5 minutes walk you can reach the beach. It's rooms are simple but very comfortable. The staff was very nice and tried to help even if thay didn't know much english. The breakfast was very rich and tasty and was one of the best in our trip. Very good value for money.

Simplicity in the rooms

This is my second time in this Hotel and just had to come back,booked originaly for two nights then extended it for an extra three nights as the room,sevice,buffet breakfast and buffet dinner is great with such a wide range of selection,just hate to leave. Staff a very friendly. We stayed in the new rooms opposite the main hotel which were very modern and clean. Just five minutes walk from the beautiful beach and fifteen minutes drive to Figuers,just a perfect stay and great value for the price.

Although we stayed in the new wing of the hotel. Maintenance was not very effective, few details in the room were falling off or not working properly.

Hôtel très bien situé pour sa proximité avec le bord de mer, buffet copieux et varié au petit déjeuner. Convient parfaitement aux personnes sans voiture.

La situation géographique, à côté de la plage

Nous étions au 1er étage juste au dessus de la salle de réception où il y avait une animation musicale très bruyante. Le plancher vibrait à cause du bruit...

Hôtel bien placé proche de la plage, possibilité de se garer autour de l’hôtel de façon gratuite, petit déjeuner complet, tarif préférentiel pour le repas du soir, prestations convenables, bon hôtel dans l'ensemble.

Rien de particulier.
