the free shuttle service was a great addition, the rooms and the hotel was very nice and clean and great free breakfast package.

The hotel was a lot better than I expected for the price. It was ideal as a stopover before flying out early in the morning. Our room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

It was not in a very good location outside the hotel. I would not feel very safe walking around the area. However the hotel was very comfortable and clean, though the decor was a bit kitch outside of our room. I think it could do with some serious design in some of the areas.

Booked the Cruise package. Pick up from airport, stay at Hotel with breakfast and transport to the ship - great value.

Had to wait for about 25 mins for the pick-up after phoning the hotel from the airport.

Everything. Clean rooms, lavish breakfast, pleasant staff, free taxi service to airport. Good place to stay not only for early departure/late arrival, but also for a longer visits to Barcelona, especially if you spend all the time in the city center and come to the hotel only for sleeping. There is no even comparable quality services in the city center for twice higher price (we checked by our own experience). Very convenient to reach by metro. You need to change the metro line to railway-train at Sants or Sants Estation - platform #9 or #10 - every 5-10 minutes in the direction of Airport, El-Prat Lobregat - 1 station before the Airport. It takes just some minutes. Tickets for metro is the same for that trains and the way from metro to the hotel is about 10 minutes walking maximum. When you getting out from the El-Prat Lobregat metro, slightly turn right in the direction of the street with red-stone buildings leaving the parking from the right as well.then go straight about 300 metres to the round cross-road along that street and from that round cross road you may see the hotel if looking to the left.

Just little bit stuffy in the room an th eswimming pool and sauna was closed after 9pm

On arrival receptionist very friendly and helpful. Spoke good English. Very clean lounge areas Great bar Fantastic tapas at excellent price. Very close to airport for our early departure to Malaga next day.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room.

It is very close to the airport and a big plus that the hotel provides free airport shuttle. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although it is no where close to the city centre of Barcelona, you can walk to train station which is 10 mins walk away and take a 15 min train ride to reach the city centre near Plaza Catalunya. If you are on a tight budget but need a hotel which is not far from the airport, this is the one to go for.

The staff was not very friendly and informative. They only provided us with the minimal information about the room, check-in and check-out. Very basic information.

Location and value for money

Extremely small parking space if you drive a medium-sized/large car (but on week ends you can park relatively close to the hotel as well). No family suites and no way to stay 3 in a room (I had to pay for three rooms instead of two rooms or a family suite as we are a family of five). Also, the pool is really more like a fish tank, it's probably the smallest pool I have ever seen in a hotel and I have seen quite a few across the world.

After calling and waiting for forty-five minutes for the shuttle, we took a cab. They didn't even apologize. Almost always lines at reception and very slow service. Food was not great.

Location excellent for getting to the airport. Took the bus to downtown and back for 2 Euro each way per person. Easy to get to the bus stops. Breakfast was included and had a very good selection of food. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.
