Staff was very helpful and accomodating.

A/C struggled but was better than nothing. Breakfast buffet downstairs was never mentioned-found it by accident after we'd eaten in corner cafe. Room carpet not vacuumed after the 1st night.

Services in the room was good.

The attitude of the older bellboy was rude, we ask him for keep the bags safe while we were out and his answer was very rude! The young one was very kind.

Liked the staff, ease of check in and out. Most spoke english which was very helpful. Cleaners excellent at their job. Rooms cleaned and tidied every day. VEry friendly porter ... took time to direct us to facilities tours etc. Great coffee in the downstairs coffee / bar. Close to supermarket and metro straight across the street. Couldn't fault the staff. Internet connection 3e per hr

Did not take breakfast...very poor selection.Not worth the cost of 8e each as there was five in our party. Smell in the bathrooms from the sewer system. No mini fridge.

Cercano al metro

Olor fortísimo a desagüe en pasillo y habitación. Necesita reforma total y urgente. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado porque "un cliente tenía frío" cuando la regulación es individual. Olor, habitación interior y sin aire acondicionado
