    Location and beach bar good range of food in the buffet

    Looks a little dated in rooms and coild do with a mini refurb. Our last day was spent listening to an abba track played all day on repeat although we did ask if staff could change it or take it off but to no avail.

    The hotel had a nice pool.

    The staff were rude and unorganised the room was cleaned only once in 5 days the changing of towels does not count as cleaning. The air con didn't work and the water from the shower was salty and not fresh at all !!! We were given one key between 3 of us and this made it so awkward in the evenings if one of us needed to get into the room. The hotel is based at the end of the beach with a dark wall at night back to the hotel through all the street sellers pestering you to buy drugs, hard work to get a taxi and often left waiting at reception or forgotten about. The food was awful and although half board we didn't eat once after seeing dinner the first night.

    The location and price was good, plus the rooms were clean and towels were changed daily.

    The food could have been better, in particular some of the sausages at breakfast were almost like a paste that had been battered!

    The proximity of the hotel to key places in playa den bossa Value for Money

    The fact you can only check in from 14:00 My flight arrived at 10:00 and i was stuck waiting in the waiting room for 4 hours The strictness of door staff regarding guests. I had a few friends over for drinks before going to the club, but the door staff had an issue with it

    Pool area, location and the rooms were all good. The value for money was also good

    They didn't have an iron or ironing board to rent, wifi had to be paid separately. Breakfast finished too early.

    Close to everything (Clubs, Bars, Beach etc.) Massage Chairs in Lobby were awesome. Staff were helpful. Half Board option was brilliant, food did the job and set you up for the day-evening. Room cleaned everyday and towels changed

    Beds were extremely uncomfortable, Saltwater in the taps and shower. Onsite shop was overpriced for essentials like water

    Staff was really good. We booked an extra night on a separate booking and they did not make us checkout so we can sleep in! Buffet has a good selection of food. Good effort in making different varieties on a daily basis. We had sea view and it was perfect!

    There is no lift so we had to climb to the top with luggages. Could at least serve water for free during buffet dinner.

    Excellent value for money, the food and facilities were great, good location too. The hotel is very clean. We received a packed lunch upon our arrival and had our bags carried to our rooms.

    Some of the staff members were extremely rude and abrasive. When waiting to be served at the bar or to make a query at reception they would sometimes just ignore us. I found they did not make us feel welcome at the hotel. A member of the entertainment crew was extremely rude to us and constantly made offensive comments to some of my friends. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and his behaviour was very inappropriate. The poolside entertainment can be a bit irritating when you are trying to relax at the pool as they are constantly asking you to participate in the activities. However, this may be useful for families.

    Low cost, clean room

    Very noisy in the room, can hear neighbours' conversations clearly and other loud noises which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep, even with earplugs and sleeping tablets. There were also not enough toiletries left in the bathroom for the number of nights I'd booked, and the staff insist you wear a wristband throughout your stay to get into the hotel.

    The setting was nice and the hotel was well located.

    The night staff were unhelpful, rude and poorly trained in customer service. One particular staff member - a German chap named Yam (or something similar) was incredibly officious. I was advised in the morning by a very pleasant receptionist that it would be fine for my young brother to come up to mine and my partners room at 5am when he arrived in Ibiza (if I had been told that this was not possibly, I obviously would have organised alternate accomodation for him - as we weren't due to check into our villa until 2pm that afternoon). When he arrived however, I was told he would have to wait outside and was not allowed anywhere in the premisis. As someone who has a good foundation in customer service and a healthy track record in both business development and account management, I know that when a representative of my firm gets something wrong, it is my job to ensure it is fixed without undue stress or expense to the customer. I was simpy told that the information came from a new member of staff who used her initiative and unfortunately got it wrong, and allowing non paying guests into the hotel is against company policy. Having a rule book hurled at me in such an officious manner did not assist me in trying to find a solution whilst tired from being woken up to fix an issue not caused by me at 5am. I am clearly not about to leave my young brother lingering around the street, also tired after a long flight. The security guy was very friendly and seemed embarrassed by the behaviour of his colleague. I think it is a shame that my feedback of your hotel to friends and family will be an overall negative due to the poor actions of one or two.
