Insotel Club Formentera Playa  

The Hotel staff is super helpful. Very nice indeed. Considere that you need a car or scooter to move from this hotel (if you want to move). There is a good Hiring service offered by the hotel. Infrastructure is good but do not expect a spa. The hotel rooms are small, very small. Bungalows are fantastic and big.

It worked. Given the fact that the Insotel Club Formentera Playa is a kind of Club Med, we were positively surpsied by how calm it was (this was early July).

I still do not understand why surfing on the web has to be paid for. Fortunately the toilet paper was for free ;-) I would suggest that the dressing room & showers in the gym room be better taken care off. No soap, no shampoo, hot like in a Turkish bath, and not particularly clean.

The room was good and so the view. The hotel is nice, the beach is not so great but has a nice club!

Bus service at the hotel, bike & scooter rental next door, good location, good amount of storage in studio room, most staff were very friendly & helpful

No wifi signal at all in studio room. Ironing service available but no iron available for personal guest use, (not necessary to have in bedroom but on-demand at least). Studio room was very basic- cosmetic products & kitchenware very basic. In general room needs maintenance- e.g. shower kit loose, fridge wobbly, toilet seat loose...On another note- the kitchen counter was 115cm high!!! which made it Extremely uncomfortable to use (standard is between 85-92cm)

Ho prenotato un camera matrimoniale, invece mi è stata consegnata un camera con 2 letti singoli !!!!!!!!

Lo mejor de todo ha sido la calidad del desayuno buffet del hotel.

La habitación no estuvo preparada hasta las 3 de la tarde, deberian contratar más personal de limpieza para entregar las habitaciones con más rapidez. Po otro lado, el personal del hotel deberian ser españoles y no italianos (algunos desconocian nuestro idioma).

La camera puzzava di fumo e se aprivi la finestra per cambiare l'aria non funzionava l'aria condizionata perché collegata alla finestra.il giorno della partenza ci hanno permesso di fare la doccia e cambiarci in un posto a dir poco ridicolo! Sporco, piccolo, senza panche o ganci di appoggio con un'unica doccia senza pannello..

En el bar de la piscina faltaría más variedad para poder picotear o comer algo (no habían bolsas de patatas fritas, olivas, más variedad de bebidas como un simple aquarius, un trina,etc... bebida sin burbaujas...). Recomiendo mejorar este servicio porque en plena temporada alta, estos servicios tendrían que estar ya disponibles.

El buffet del desayuno.

En la habitación casi no hay enchufes, la televisión es pequeña antigua y casi no coge canales españoles.

Mala relación calidad/confort-precio. Las hamacas de la piscina siempre llenas. Mucha gente en el desayuno, costaba encontrar mesa. La televisión de la habitación no funcionaba bien. En los espectáculos de noche se hablaba italiano y Formentera se encuentra en España, no en Italia.

Ottima posizione, bella struttura, personale disponibile, camere con vista mare, colazione molto ricca.Ottimo il ristorante della spiaggia e notevole l'animazione serale.
