We were in Room 301 which has a terrace. The bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are delightful and breakfast was good.
location, friendly staff, value for money
breakfast was basic, refil tea or coffe would have been good
Is's a family hotel with friendly people They will help if you need something price quality is very good Make a reservation here Yiu won't be disapointed
Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Location to historic area.
Noise from street.
hard beds no individual pillows
We loved the location and the ambience. The staff were the best so far, very, very helpful. Breakfast was included and for an extra 3 euros pp we had eggs and bacon, coffee, tea and freshly squeezed orange juice were endless. The night of our stay I purchased a cup of tea, the most delicious slice of walnut brownie and an orange juice for €3.50, amazing value from the hotel cafe.
Our only negative was the walls a little thin.
Great value for money which also included breakfast. Wonderful staff. Quiet room although it looked onto a main street. Clean. Bus station two blocks away and train station a few minutes further, both within walking distance. Excellent location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended
very friendly staff. Location excellent. Air conditioning very good. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend
A bit noisy late at night one night but don't be put off by this.
Location. staff very friendly and helpful. Menu of the day unbeatable value fresh cooked and large portions ,
I can't say there was anything negative to say will definatley return
For a basic hotel this is wonderful. Air con, Double Glazing, great breakfasts, Friendly helpful staff, plumbing good, well located
The fact that I had to leave
this is small hotel at the coner of the road ..right in the city centre all the attractions are 7 mints walk .. the staff is fantastic they go out of thir way to make u welcome..they dont speak much english but they have proved LOVE has no language..staff told us where to go for the attractions and told us the best n cheap and best tapas.Breakfast was decent included in the price..on our request staff also arranged a local made bottel of extra virgin olive oil direct from the factory which was litteraly more than half the price of what u get in the local market..we were so moved by their hospitality that my wife actually gave a thanyou gift to Anna .
Terrace and friendly staff
Very uncomfortable pillows did get 2 extra hoping they would be better but they were worse. Ended up buying 2 locally !!
We had the room with a terrace and it provided a wonderful view of La Merced church (directly across the street), Alameda Park, and was near the old town and the bus station. It was nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The room and bathroom were very clean and well stocked with fluffy towels. We enjoyed the breakfast of fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee/tea, and wholemeal toast (per our request). For a little more eggs or crepes can be ordered. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. There is a little traffic noise but the windows keep it out of the room.
The wifi is very, very, very slow. Not a real problem but the church does have bells that rings early in the morning and once again in the evening.
The people were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Cafe in hotel was great for breakfast. Underground parking less than one block away for only 10 Euros per day.
Price, location, warm croissants, fresh orange juice and coffee for breakfast included, friendly staff-little English spoken. Secure and easy parking (above ground) for 10€ a block away. Loved the wine bar with great tapas across the street!
Noise~thin walls. Bed~felt the springs and didn't sleep well.
Location near the sights in Ronda parking available in the street and wifi good
Breakfast was minimal and hotel needs a revamp
We loved the clean, quiet rooms. The staff was excellent and professional. We will be staying again in January. Bravo!
Perfect place to stay!
We were on the top floor and had a private terrace. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble
It's unfortunate for this hotel that the plumbing system did not include a water trap in the hand basin, the sewerage smell wafted up into the bathroom. The same thing occurred on the terrace where there is a sewer vent in the paved floor. We had to improvise by putting a glass over the basin plug hole, no plug was present. We also put a pastic waste bin over the terrace vent, these measures reduced the smell to a more bearable level.
Very welcoming and excellent facilities
Couldn't really fault it!
much valuable for money and location too ... good breakfast and wifi everything was perfect to me
A short walk and we had everything we wanted near by. The staff upon arrival gave us maps and a nice walking route to see the area.
The breakfast they offer on the in room card is not clear at all. You receive toast with juice and coffee for free, it costs 3 Euro to add on the eggs and ham. A normal customer to their restaurant pay 5,75 Euro for the full meal so you do get a price break. The room was a little noisy as the bathroom window was not double but closing the door helped keep the noise and light out.
Recently refurbished room with a terrace. Double glazed windows so no street noise disturbed us. Breakfast of juice, toast and coffee included. Great value for money
Nice well kept hotel right in the middle of Ronda everything to see is within easy walking distance very friendly & helpful staff
little bit noisy area at weekend nights but you should expect just that in this location in the middle of town
Good location not far from the train station or the bus station, and close to Plaza de Toros. Good staff (though cannot speak English but are very friendly0, clean and quiet room.
