The staff and the free breakfast! My favorite town so far!
Excellent location, just a short walk from El Tajo gorge, the Puente Nuevo ('new' bridge) and the Plaza de Toros. The staff take obvious pride in ensuring that the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a very high standard. The windows (which lead out to small balconies) are all fully soundproofed and have shutters over them to keep the light out when needed. The room and bathroom is spacious, and the room contains a bed/beds, small desk and chair and bedside tables. Breakfast is included and consists of Spanish tomato toast and coffee, which is served hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful, the wifi is excellent and the shower has good water pressure. Water is hot and plentiful. The decor is a little dated, but the room provides all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. If you are looking for a clean, spacious room on a budget, that doesn't feel 'cheap', for your stay in Ronda, then this hotel is for you.
The bed was very firm, but this was not a problem for us.
La gentillesse de l'accueil
Pretty well everything.
Nothing I didn't like
Staff very friendly and helpful. No parking at hotel but just around the corner from secure underground car park. Excellent Spanish breakfast. Lovely large bathroom but bedroom small and looked out onto brick wall, as it was the last room left.
Great location, lovely staff, paid extra for the terraced room, well worth it (the balconies are not for sitting out on!)
Wi-fi struggled to 3rd floor
We loved hotel and wanted to stay for the four nights but could not get dates. So stayed two. Two ladies so friendly. Place immaculately clean. Rained for our four days in Ronda but hotel ambience made up for it.
It was the best Hostel ever in Spain. It was easy to find and quite close to the train station and really close to the bus terminal. Breakfast was simple but warm bread and fresh orange juice was so lovely.
Great venue. Perfect for looking around. Friendly staff good rooms
No secure parking for bikes. However, there is ample off street parking around the corner.
Staff is extremely friendly. The old town is just a few minutes walk. Very good Wifi in my room. Breakfast included.
A bit noisy at night.
We were in Room 301 which has a terrace. The bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are delightful and breakfast was good.
location, friendly staff, value for money
breakfast was basic, refil tea or coffe would have been good
Is's a family hotel with friendly people They will help if you need something price quality is very good Make a reservation here Yiu won't be disapointed
Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Location to historic area.
Noise from street.
hard beds no individual pillows
We loved the location and the ambience. The staff were the best so far, very, very helpful. Breakfast was included and for an extra 3 euros pp we had eggs and bacon, coffee, tea and freshly squeezed orange juice were endless. The night of our stay I purchased a cup of tea, the most delicious slice of walnut brownie and an orange juice for €3.50, amazing value from the hotel cafe.
Our only negative was the walls a little thin.
Great value for money which also included breakfast. Wonderful staff. Quiet room although it looked onto a main street. Clean. Bus station two blocks away and train station a few minutes further, both within walking distance. Excellent location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended
very friendly staff. Location excellent. Air conditioning very good. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend
A bit noisy late at night one night but don't be put off by this.
Location. staff very friendly and helpful. Menu of the day unbeatable value fresh cooked and large portions ,
I can't say there was anything negative to say will definatley return
For a basic hotel this is wonderful. Air con, Double Glazing, great breakfasts, Friendly helpful staff, plumbing good, well located
The fact that I had to leave
this is small hotel at the coner of the road ..right in the city centre all the attractions are 7 mints walk .. the staff is fantastic they go out of thir way to make u welcome..they dont speak much english but they have proved LOVE has no language..staff told us where to go for the attractions and told us the best n cheap and best tapas.Breakfast was decent included in the price..on our request staff also arranged a local made bottel of extra virgin olive oil direct from the factory which was litteraly more than half the price of what u get in the local market..we were so moved by their hospitality that my wife actually gave a thanyou gift to Anna .
Terrace and friendly staff
Very uncomfortable pillows did get 2 extra hoping they would be better but they were worse. Ended up buying 2 locally !!
We had the room with a terrace and it provided a wonderful view of La Merced church (directly across the street), Alameda Park, and was near the old town and the bus station. It was nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The room and bathroom were very clean and well stocked with fluffy towels. We enjoyed the breakfast of fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee/tea, and wholemeal toast (per our request). For a little more eggs or crepes can be ordered. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. There is a little traffic noise but the windows keep it out of the room.
The wifi is very, very, very slow. Not a real problem but the church does have bells that rings early in the morning and once again in the evening.
The people were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Cafe in hotel was great for breakfast. Underground parking less than one block away for only 10 Euros per day.
Price, location, warm croissants, fresh orange juice and coffee for breakfast included, friendly staff-little English spoken. Secure and easy parking (above ground) for 10€ a block away. Loved the wine bar with great tapas across the street!
Noise~thin walls. Bed~felt the springs and didn't sleep well.
