Set in large gardens, this hotel is 1 km from Es Trenc Beach, on Mallorca’s south coast. It offers a spa, indoor and outdoor pools and air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. The immediate setting was very nice ( but see below re general area) the hotel dining room etc was very good as was the food, but the bedrooms were beginning to look a little jaded and need redecorating. The staff especially the reception staff were excellent. At the time we visited I would say that for a mature couple like us there were too many couples with under schoolage children and these people seem to think they have priority for everything. I would avoid such a situation in the future The general area of Mallorca where the hotel is situated is not one of our favourites as it is very flat also the beach at Es Trenc is very narrow since there have stopped access to the backing sand dunes

Nice hotel. Have large and well keeped area, low buildings (up to 3 floors), few swimming pools. Polite staff, great choice of food. Mostly german turists in the hotel. Fits for families. We had good time there. They could use other equipment to cut the grass (electric tools instead of petrol equipment). It making so much noise. Of course, they have to do it, to keep teritorry nice.

I liked the half board option for including breakfast and dinner with the price of the rooms. We rented two family suites for our family of five. One suite was set up to sleep up to four and the other was set up to sleep two with a separate living area with sofa. We asked for and were given suites next door to one another. We enjoyed the outdoor pool (one that was heated,) indoor pool, spa area and clay tennis courts. The beds were a bit too firm, but okay. I missed not being able to make coffee/tea in my room. I think this should be included in each room or, alternatively, the hotel could provide a free or nominal fee drink station in the lobby.

The hotel is quite good if you stay in the grounds, but all around it is a dump. We were cycling around Mallorca and I had no trousers. The staff tried to stop us going into the dining room as trousers were required for the evening meal. After explaining this we were allowed in, but staff kept informing us I needed trousers. This fact is not explained anywhere on the booking form.

Das Essen am Buffet war sehr fein. Das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich. Der Pool war wunderschön und grosszügig gebaut. Das Zimmer entpricht nicht mehr 4 Sterne auch für Landeskategorie eher knapp. Die Leute an der Reception waren nicht sehr kundenorientiert. Der Strand von Es Trenc war sehr schmutzig, sodass wir den Hotelpool genossen.

sehr schöne Anlage die vielfältige Möglichkeiten für Sport und Erholung bietet.Reichhaltiges Buffet zum Frühstück und am Abend. Allerdings muss man Clubcharakter und weite Wege zwischen den einzelnen Häusern mögen.

També ens ha agradat el seu espai, els jardins I els arbres que donan un entorn molt ecològic I agradable. El menjar de qualitat I bona relació qualitat preu. Las cortinas dobles de la nostra habitació (5022), no tenían dos barras I la llum ens entraba molt d'hora. Els nens campaban fins ben tard a la pista I voltants del espai d'animació. No es podía ballar. Pocs balls per als extrangers que marxaban disgustats de tant ball llatí I espanyol. A la piscina de l'spa hi havían molts nens, quan es diu que no podan utilitzar aquest espai.Poc control!

Sehr nette Anlage, das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war klein aber nett eingerichtet und sauber. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Die Lage ist nicht ganz optimal, man sollte das Hotel buchen wenn man ein Auto (gemietet) hat. Parkplatzsituation könnte besser sein, mehrere Parkplätze wären notwendig, am Abend muss man oft ziemlich weit auf der Strasse parken.

Wir waren eine Woche mit mäßigem Wetter in diesem Hotel und waren sehr begeistert von dem Spa - Bereich mit mehreren Saunen, Whirlpools, Schwallbrausen, Tauchbecken und der auch bei guter Auslastung ausreichenden Größe des Hallenbades mit der Möglichkeit nach draußen zu schwimmen. Die jungen Damen der Massageabteilung machten ihre Arbeit ausgezeichnet. Dann darf man natürlich nicht vergessen, dass immer reichhaltige,abwechslungsreiche, frische und immer wieder gut nachgelegte Essensbuffet zu erwähnen. Die Anlage ist so groß und für so viele Gäste ausgelegt, dass wir nur wieder in der Nebensaison kommen würden. Die Anlage voll ausgelastet ist für uns eine Albtraumvorstellung!

Todo. La limpieza, el personal, la comida, el entorno, todo perfecto. El extractor del baño hace un ruido terrible. Al estar tan cerca de las salineras, en verano debe haber muchos mosquitos.

Gartenanlage Abendessen Buffet in zwei Schichten 2. Schicht 20:00 - 21:30!! Aber ab 21:30 wurde dann zügig abgeräumt ! Das Hotel hat sich seine vier Sterne wohl selbst vom Himmel geholt!! Die Restauration hat maximum 2 Sterne verdient!!

La comida esta muy adecuada en calidad precio, el espectáculo es muy bueno, entretiene tanto a mayores como a niños. (excelente) La espera en recepción para dar la entrada, y sobre todo el Spa no esta adecuado para invierno, no tienen albornoces y la ubicación respecto a las habitaciones es inadecuada. Pero en relación calidad precio, es admisible.

замечательный, красивый, чистый, отель.довольна большая зеленая территория отеля по европейским меркам. расположен в 20мин ходьбы от одного из лучших пляжей майорки- Es Trenc. есть бесплатный шатл до пляжа. песчаный, чистый, большой пляж. чистое море и пологий заход. своя небольшая парковка (нужно на ресепшн попросить карточку для въезда на нее). хамам и сауна. свои полотенца. бесплатный Wi-FI и на ресепшн и в номерах (правда сигнал плохой, но мы жили на третьем этаже). есть анимация. в отеле одни немцы, поэтому персонал лучше говорит на немецком, чем на английском. "немецко- ориентированный" отель. ужин делится на 2 части- первая с 18-30 и до 20-00, и вторая с 20-30 до 22-00. то есть если пришел в 19-30 покинь зал до 20-00 или жди до 20-30. на завтрак если не к началу пришли ( 8-00) свободные столики придется ждать.
