Accueil simple mais chaleureux
Very well located, just few meters from the beach, friendly staff and clean rooms. Fair value/price. Perfect place to take a rest far from crowded cities.
Breakfast quite poor, internet not working fine and we felt a bit pressed with the cleaning lady in the morning. We were in September with smooth temperatures but we guess in August it may be too hot without air conditioning
Location, it's got own parking, and it's quite
A bit expensive for what it is. Breakfast is enough but not abundant, and the hotel is old and outdated. A little strange.
Close to the beach, close to the station, lovely cats, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, nice room with lovely shower and balcony. Definitely going to return!
Very loud music from the seafront kept us awake all night (not the hotel's fault but might be something to take into consideration)
incredible value and superb location. very friendly
Beach of Portbou just on few steps. Good and friendly personal !
Very welcoming & relaxing Great base for touring the region Very clean, comfy & good value
Very 'carby' breakfast, missing a fruit option
Lovely people, lovely area. I will certainly return.
We had a lovely room with a balcony' breakfast was included in the price and was really substantial. We were very close to the sea and good value for money restaurants.
There was nothing we did not like.
Nice place with a character, good breakfast and wonderful pictures on the walls. The room was very large and the bathroom was just huge. All was very clean.
Parking was extra. The receptionist wanted extra money for breakfast but the owner agreed to waive it. The place was extremely loud at night. It is right on the major road, and there were teenager screams that sounded like somebody was killed. The town is small, not very pretty and kind of run-down.
A simple hotel but very comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. Its old world charm was enhanced by the splendid paintings hung throughout the hotel (the artist was the owner's spouse!).
Lovely place, comfortable, good location. Not your usual hotel but it felt more like home as a result. I had plenty of space, a beautiful porch and a comfortable room. Spent two weeks travelling between Spain and France, this was my favorite hotel out of 5. I am a creative type though so I loved all the homemade art and quirky touches.
No hot water in the shower and the internet was sometimes unreliable.
