Set 350 metres from Levante Beach in Benidorm, the Complejo Poseidon has 2 outdoor swimming pools and spacious gardens. A gym, hot tub and heated pool are open in winter. The Poseidon complex is made up of the Poseidon and the Poseidon Palace, which share facilities. All rooms come with a balcony, satellite TV and a marble bathroom. Restaurant was very clean and a good variety of food, although just chips and no hot vegetables at night was a bit of a let down Not beach front at all but not too far, and close to old town which was good Pool area is a bit old, grouting in pool a little stained and floor area not that clean Less chips, and more fresh vegetables WE asked for a room with one double and a single for out 4 year old but got a very small room, narrow indeed, with 2 small doubles! Shower didnt tilt so showered the floor as well as us

Bargain stay in a central locationn Noisy revellers inside air conditioning fans outside the windows of room 301 stopped us getting any sleep and also. The french window lock was broken meaning you could not leave the room secure when out,also we found the restaurant very cramped compared to the posiedon playa with a poor meal choice

Hotel was exelent ,reception was the best I have had in spain, as were the staff in food hall,. Sadly most bar staff did not want to serve us. The 3 young bar staff made it quite clear we were not welcome , there was 14 of us in total. Could not get served allmost completely ignored it was a shame it spoiled a good hotel. Entertainment was not for the english .

Lunch and dinner was very nice. The indoor pool was a dissappointment. The breakfast was awful with undercooked bacon and sausages and orange squash as opposed to orange juice. Parking was awful (in the darkest bowels of the hotel and had to walk through the laundry to get to reception!!!

We only stayed for one night on a bed and breakfast basis, we found the breakfast was to a high standard. We would definitely use this hotel again. Had to wait ages for a lift as we were on floor 10 and there was no illuminated sign telling you which floor the lift was on.

An okay hotel for a few days break. Food very average, don' t expect anything fancy. Great central location for the old town and a short Walk to the beach. Rooms a little tired but beds clean and comfortable.

Me ha gustado la piscina climatizada y el jacuzzy . Demasiado mayores, la comida poco variada y no de mejor calidad, he tenido la pensión completa y he tenido que comprarme agua porque según ellos no se incluye . No me parece bien. Y demasiado lejos de la playa.

El personal correcto. Habitación, limpieza e instalaciones aceptables. Aún no estamos en temporada alta y ya hay que esperar bastante para entrar al desayuno, comida o cena. Sólo 4 ascensores, pequeños, y siempre alguno averiado. Con esperas de hasta 20 min para poder pillar uno.

La proximité du centre de benidorm tres bruyant (matin et soir)impossible de se reposer, tout est payant (internet,parking,boissons en demi pension)booking ne devrait pas avoir ce genre d'hotel a proposer.C 'est le premiere fois que je suis déçu par booking

Estaba situado cerca del mar, centrico, para estar fuera de temporada, podias usar las instalaciones de los dos hoteles y la comida, a pesar de que no habia mucha variacion estaba buena la piscina cubierta era muy pequeña y olia mucho a cloro, no la usamos.

Quiero destacar y agradecer al hotel y a Booking, su comportamiento conmigo en noviembre del año pasado, cuando por enfermedad de mi mujer no pudimos realizar el viaje previsto y aunque hicimos la anulacion fuera de plazo, no tuvimos que pagar nada. Gracias.
