Very good price.there are two types of room, apartment and studio. There is a cafeteria open daily up to 11pm. Parking around the hotel are free of charge 24/7 highway is very close

Internet wifi is very very poor, most of the time the signal are weak. No metro station around the hotel. Nearest bus service is 10-15 mins walk. City centre of madrid is approximately 17 km, 20-25 mins driving.

If you want to use airport shuttle service, it runs until 11pm. I arrived airport 11:03pm and the service was not available.

Excellent price and service. I stay one day more.... Next time I will go again Good Choice !

Too far from Madrid but with taxi seems not to be a problem.

The Staff is second to none, all very helpful and nice, especially the staff in the cafeteria and reception. Free Internet, however the speed is rather slow. My opinion is based on over 200 nights in the hotel during 2011 / 2012

They did not have a copy of my reservation in their computer, experience tells me to always bring a copy of your reservation. No heating in my room the first night, but was fixed soon after contact with the reception.

It's close to the airport. The room has a kitchen, a bedroom and a living room. The room was spacious. Good for families with several children. Good relation money-comfort.

Snack from telepizza was not delicious, the staff was not delicate.

The room was very clean, and most of the time the hotel was quiet. The coffee in the cafeteria is a godsend in the morning. Filtered and served with hot milk! Awesome!

Be careful about getting downtown from this hotel. You need to take a bus to the nearest metro station and then take the metro downtown. If you buy a travel pass, you are supposed to be able to use the buses; however, a number of drivers refuse to honour the travel pass. Total time to downtown approximately 50 minutes. Several times in the evenings, people down the hall were cooking meals in the kitchenettes and leaving their doors open.....

Everything was fine, but .. : - 5 euro is not a prohibitive price for cutlery, but should be included. - unfortunately far from the subway station.

The staff were super nice and very helpful! Since we were just staying overnight because we had another flight the next day the location was perfect for us because it only took about 5 minutes to and from the airport. Shuttle service on time and comfortable.

The buffet breakfast was a bit meager but it was sufficient.

The room was smeling tobacco and the noise from the warehouse nearby is very loud!

It was very new, clean and comfortable.

I had to leave the hotel at 7:30 but the buffet breakfast did not start until 7:30 according to the receptionist. Most hotels that offer a buffet breakfast start at 7:00. One of the reasons I selected this hotel was because it offered a buffet breakfast, even though in the information about the hotel there was no mention of the start time of the buffet breakfast other than the fact there was a buffet breakfast offered. I was billed for the breakfast because according to the receptionist it was too late to remove this charge. She managed to give me a bag with a chorizo sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water, certainly not worth what I paid for the buffet breakfast but at least she did what she could for me and to that I am grateful. I must tell you though, chorizo is a little strong to start out the day. In a few words, on the information the hotel gives out, it should clearly stated what time the breakfast buffet starts.

very quite area, good for relaxing.very clean and tidy aparthotel.

advertised as fully equipped kitchen !!! no hob, no toaster not even a kettle to do some coffee.we had to pay 5 euros from the reception to hire 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 spoons, 2 plates etc etc. we had a washing machine but no place to put the washing on, not enev a line on the bath.

U have to pay extra if u want to use the kitchen. No pots, no pans, no utensils or plates. Kitchen is completely empty. Have to pay to get these items.

The swimming pool was in a great location, ideal for sun worshipers. The only problem is that it does not open till noon.

This is obviously a new hotel, teething problems aside, I found they were lacking basics. The cafeteria closed early 23:00, no room service, very limited food menu in the evenings, and no kitchen as such on Sundays, only snacks. Although the reception was open 24 hours, they were not very helpful with local knowledge. The apartment had a small kitchen, but there was not even knife fork or spoon available, only 5 plastic cups. We were three in our room, which was adequate in size for the price, but only 1 key available. There was mismanagement with the Airport shuttle bus, which left us, after booking it at 6.am having to call for a taxi as there was no room.
