Close to an airport to stay for 1 night only. Very cold in winter: heating system makes the apartment warmer very slowly. Breakfast is poor.

It was very new, clean and comfortable. I had to leave the hotel at 7:30 but the buffet breakfast did not start until 7:30 according to the receptionist. Most hotels that offer a buffet breakfast start at 7:00. One of the reasons I selected this hotel was because it offered a buffet breakfast, even though in the information about the hotel there was no mention of the start time of the buffet breakfast other than the fact there was a buffet breakfast offered. I was billed for the breakfast because according to the receptionist it was too late to remove this charge. She managed to give me a bag with a chorizo sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water, certainly not worth what I paid for the buffet breakfast but at least she did what she could for me and to that I am grateful. I must tell you though, chorizo is a little strong to start out the day. In a few words, on the information the hotel gives out, it should clearly stated what time the breakfast buffet starts.

The hotel is a series of four towers with small apartments close to the Barajas Airport. The place is modern and clean and the apartments are a great deal for the money we paid, each has an small kitchen, living/dining room and a great bathroom and bedroom. The cafeteria is not open all the time and has limited selection of food, b-fast is OK. Hotel has large but cool pool and the parking is OK and low cost for Madrid. About 4 blocks west you have a nice shopping mall with lots of restaurants in the fourth floor, including some American fast food chain stores. The hotel has a shuttle service, 7 minutes, to the airport from 6 AM to 1 PM and then again from 7 PM to midnight. It runs every 1/2 hour. There are no close metro or bus lines, you can do it but will have to walk about 1 km, but you can take the airport shuttle and in the airport take the metro or an express bus (2 Euros) to downtown Madrid and that is the best connection. The shuttle service is great, as long as you don't need it from 1PM to 7PM when they shut it down. This is a great place to go if you have a family.

Free shuttle service to and from airport. We were given a smoking room and did not request one. In all my encounters in my 4 months in Spain, these staff were some of the most unpleasant. They weren't mean, but their customer service was not top notch.

The apartments are nice and comfortable, well decorated. Staff in the cafeteria (restaurant) was very nice. The hotel is close to a bus stop so it is easy to get to the city center (althought buses finish at around 22:00). Also close to a shopping center (10 minute walk). Area feels safe. Free WIFI works rather well. the air conditioning unit is a bit noisy. Cafeteria kitchen closes at 21:30, so if you arrive after that, cannot get any food, you will have to go to the shopping center. Transfers to the airport only run in the morning and evening until 22:45, so if you want to return form the city center later than that, will have to use a taxi.

Well equiped and spacious apartment. Located close to a very big, modern shopping centre (Plenilunio). The "complimentary" airport shuttle does not take you to terminal 4. No cutlery, crockery, pots or pans in apartment. No english instructions for appliances.

It's close to the airport. The room has a kitchen, a bedroom and a living room. The room was spacious. Good for families with several children. Good relation money-comfort. Snack from telepizza was not delicious, the staff was not delicate.

The room was very clean, and most of the time the hotel was quiet. The coffee in the cafeteria is a godsend in the morning. Filtered and served with hot milk! Awesome! Be careful about getting downtown from this hotel. You need to take a bus to the nearest metro station and then take the metro downtown. If you buy a travel pass, you are supposed to be able to use the buses; however, a number of drivers refuse to honour the travel pass. Total time to downtown approximately 50 minutes. Several times in the evenings, people down the hall were cooking meals in the kitchenettes and leaving their doors open.....

Everything was fine, but .. : - 5 euro is not a prohibitive price for cutlery, but should be included. - unfortunately far from the subway station.

We were just passing through for one night and it met the need just fine - clean, they had the baby cot and children's pull-out bed all ready. The staff were helpful and friendly. The airport shuttle was useless to us - supposedly runs every half hour but a big block of time in the afternoon it doesn't run at all, so we were stuck paying a taxi fee to get there from the airport. And we had to use a taxi in the morning as well because the schedule didn't start early enough for our 7 am flight.

The staff were super nice and very helpful! Since we were just staying overnight because we had another flight the next day the location was perfect for us because it only took about 5 minutes to and from the airport. Shuttle service on time and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a bit meager but it was sufficient.

Apartment was clean and convenient to the airport Extremely slow service at reception on arrival, it took over an hour to register. However, staff on later in the day were fantastic. The shuttle bus stops from 1.00pm to 7.00pm, extremely inconvenient.

The reception staff were very helpful. The rooms were absolutely spotless and they cleaned the rooms every day with fresh towels. The pool was large and very clean. There were plenty of sun loungers. The patio at the front f the ground floor apartment was large. The room service was excellent and you can order a wide variety at a good price. The airport transfer was free. The cafe is closed on Saturdays and Sundays which makes no sense. You have to buy your basic cutlery for 5 euros. One man with grey hair in the cafe is extremely rude and unwelcoming. Although the airport transfer is free it only runs until 12 midday and then does not start again until 7pm, with nothing in between. The life guard is rude and has separate rules for the spanish and the English. We were told not to play our very quiet music by the pool. The next day spanish boys were around the pool with music booming out and nothing was said to them. The drinks machine was out of order. The location is in the middle of an industrial site holiday makers look very out of place. The supermarket is a 15 min walk away and opens when they feel like opening. We were there from Thursday till Monday and the supermarket was only open on the Thursday lucky we stocked up as the signs said the shops would be open all weekend?.

The hotel is excellent for this money - big and clean rooms, no noise at all. And free parking! It's very close to airport and far away from the city center. So I would recommend it only if you travel by car. And also no dishes included - you should pay extra
