Nonostante avessimo prenotato con molto anticipo, ci hanno assegnato una camera fredda (11°) ed umida, con il riscaldamento rotto e senza coperte invernali ( gennaio) e nonostante le nostre lamentele il personale addetto tardava ad intervenire, fino a che siamo stati costretti ad alzare la voce e reclamare un'altra stanza, cosa poi finalmente avvenuta. La nuova stanza era calda ma l' impianto di condizionamento era comunque rumoroso.

La struttura è buona e abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo anche se abbiamo fatto la segnalazione alla reception per dei problemi tecnici e non sono stati mai risolti (persiana camera da letto rotta e lampada del letto non funzionante)

L appartamenti sono lontani dal centro ci vuole in tutto tra bus e metro circa 40 minuti per raggiungere il centro di madrid Questi appartamenti sono affittati anche per lunghi periodi a persone che ci abitano fissi spesso un po' troppo casinisti.... La reception dovrebbe alloggiati tutti insieme da poter fornire tranquillità ai turisti

La struttura ben tenuta e nuova

L'unica nota è che per ragguingere il centro di madrid bisogna prendere 30 min di autobus e 3 linee della metro....si pensava in un quartiere con servizi pubblici di livello normale,invece era un pò sperduto.

La stanza era bellissima, dotata di due bagni molto confortevoli.

Everything about the hotel was fantansic. Nuria the receptionist made our stay memorable and more fun. She is always there to make sure that everything is alright. I will come back becos of Nuria. She is good at her job.The hotel is close to a shopping mall about 5 to 10mins walk, from food, provisions,bars,resturants and clothes.

Well located for being close to colleagues who were staying nearby and also in and around the Auditorium for a conference. Great cafeteria. Safe, secure and good base for work.

Just a little too far from the city and not much infrastructure nearby, like alternative resteraunts.

Good value for money. RESTAURANT FOOD MUCH IMPROVED ON LAST YEAR.

Organized, clean

Chose it because it was close to airport and our flight arrived late. We travelled to city centre apartment the next day.The staff were very helpful booked a taxi for our onward trip to city centre cost 25 euro.

Reasonable price, nice and clean, well equipped bathroom with good shower and bath. Gave us the room we needed to breathe and relax whilst waiting for repairs after a breakdown. Cleaners are lovely and do a great job, though when someone has a "Do not disturb" sign out, phoning them up to ask if they want the room cleaned still counts as disturbing in my book! Large shopping mall with supermarket within walking distance, approx. 10-15 minutes walk. A few bars and restaurants also. Bimbo bread factory right next door, with very cheap bread from their shop (50c loaf). Secure underground parking for an extra 11 Euros/night, plenty of on-street parking around for free. OK for the price, let down by all the little niggles.

Long wait for check in as they couldn't find my booking (made about an hour previously through booking.com and instantly confirmed via email...), and just sent me away to wait while they dealt with other people. Had to queue up again after waiting 40 minutes, then they eventually found it. No kitchen equipment supplied - have to pay extra 5.5 Euros for a rather poor set of plates, knives, forks, etc. 14.5 Euros deposit. Pots poorly made and warped underneath, which isn't great on induction hobs. No spatula or spoon in set, just slotted scoop type thing and ladle. When I questioned the charge, as I don't see the point of renting a self-catering apartment without use of equipped kitchen included, they said it's because people used to steal stuff so they introduced this system. The charge is because they have to pay someone to check the kits back in. Hmmm, well if that's the case, why did we have to change our kit as it was missing any cups and was dirty, the second set had an unusable pan which we swapped again, and was still missing a corkscrew? No oven, just microwave with temperamental grill and turntable that didn't turn. A toaster and kettle would have been really nice, as would a proper kitchen knife. No washing machine despite there being instructions on how to use it in the room... There is a commercial washer and dryer in the basement of block 1, but of course there's an extra charge. No information in the room at all, other than a single laminated sheet with instructions for microwave, cooker, non-existant washing machine, fridge. Chair and sofa in sitting area were really not comfortable. We didn't use the pool as it was a little chilly for that, but some sun loungers or even just chairs around the place would be nice. As previous reviewers have said, this could be so much more with just a little more thought and perhaps a few more staff!

Cleanliness Getting taxi order efficiently

Airport shuttle should be available during the whole day time slot, or also available on request, as the location of the hotel is close to the airport. The breakfast timing should start from 7 am for making it convenient for business clients The breakfast items should have more variety, as people stay for a longer duration, they do not get much choices Or the items should be changed on daily basis. No choices of food order from outside eateries.

cleanless could be improved. There were hairs of prior guests in the bathroom

We chose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle( it came on time) on our last 2 days in Spain the staff were very accommodating as we arrived from the south of Spain at 6am the Hotel seems like it is in the middle of nowhere but there is a massive shopping centre ten minutes walk away and since we wanted to shop ( we had already seen Madrid) before we flew back to Australia it suited us but it is a quite a distance to Madrid about 25 euros by taxi or a bus and a train. It is new, clean and comfortable and the water pressure is great in the shower. The breakfast is good plenty to eat.

The apartment is comfortable.

Very good spot close to a huge commercial center with a lot of restaurants.

The internet with wifi connection is slow and unstable.

Modern self catering apartment

Soundproofing - Had to wear earplugs as the slightest sound next door came through. Swimming pool looked permanently closed. Maintenance on the decor was poor cracks in plaster and patches on ceiling

Nice hotel in a quiet place 5 minutes from Barajas airport by car. Spacious apartment, good swimming-pool. Close to large Mercadona shopping mall and supermarket. Free transfer to the airport. Good price

Limited transfer: mornings and evenings only, otherwise you need to take a taxi. Swimming-pool is open only from midday till 8 P.M.

Nice appartment, new buildings easily accesable from the highway or airport

The cafeteria needs improvement. Timings for lunch and dinner are typically Spanish and not equipped to deal with international travellors. Cafeteria staff mostly speaks Spanish only. Dinners only after 20.15, which is way to late or many international travellors.

Rather comfortable for a reasonable price. Friendly hotel staff. Good swimming pool.

Too far from the city center. Poor breakfast.

Wonderful staff at the reception and maids cleaning rooms. Their maintenance service, Every time I had a request, they fixed it very fast and efficiently. Also the fact they assign me a studio with washer/dryer, as I had requested.

Their shuttle service to the airport only picks up and drops at terminal 1. It was an inconvenience since I was traveling with a child and lots of luggage.
