Apartamentos Condado  

We were a group of 8 girls wanting to all stay in the same appartment. They aren't the most modern appartments but they had everything we needed and were very clean.The pool area was great. We had such a fantastic time and would stay here again.

They were convenient for Llorette and Fernels, on the bus routes and near the shops etc. The apartment had all the basic requirments for self catering. The staff were very helpful and extremly pleasant

Needed wine glasses. Would benefit from coat hooks.

Very good and very cheap. Not far from Fenals beach - the best beach of Lloret de Mar. The staff on reception is very pleasant.

The staff at the reception was very nice It is close to the beach and to many other attractions in Lloret de mar The room was nice with a kitchen and all the facilities

Most of the guests were teenagers or sdults up to 23-25 years old who made a lot of noise till the morning Cans of beers were left in the elevator and there was a terrible smell of beer and smoke No air conditioner The matresses and the sheets were not very clean

Very nice hotel with large rooms. Very clean, Close to the beach, Great value for money. ++++

Limited parking if you have a car. Garage parking for your car is 12 Euros per night.

Wij hebben geen leuke vakantie gehad, maar de bus met polen, dat viel tegen. Wij begrijpen dat het jongeren waren, maar dat ze steeds op de deur klopten en keihard en dan nog ook bellen, dat was verschrikkelijk. Al het drank wat er gegooid werd, met stoelen, heel gevaarlijk. Wij hebben tenslotte ook vakantie, en hebben dat aangegeven bij de receptie, maar zij wisten ook niet wie dat steeds deed.

Dat jullie het goed moeten verdelen als er een groep van arriveerd. De poolse gasten waren het ergst.

El espacio no hay agovio

Il n'y a rien de positif. Les appartements sont désuets, la cuisine sous équipée 5 pas de micro-onde, ni de cafetière, ni de lave-vaisselle). C'est très bruyant la nuit soit du fait de jeunes qui viennent faire la fête, soit du fait de familles socialement défavorisées qui fument dans les couloirs, crient, laissent les enfants jouer dans les couloirs a n'importe quelle heure de la nuit. Je le déconseille absolument

el trato del personal, la chica de las mañanas muy amable.

la limpieza era pesima, hicieron refomas y estaba todo el mobiliario con mucho polvo blanco de las obras, tambien y para el que quiera descansar o una estancia sin ruido, no lo aconsejo, hay mucho ruido de huespedes que suelen ir a quemar la noche de lloret.

sa situation géographique; station essence, supermarché,plage, parking, disttributeur à billet....boulangerie...immeuble propre avec un peronnel à l'écoute et trés aimable.

appartement où il faisait trés froid ( pas de chauffage), trés bruyant aucun respect de l part de certains clients. pas de double vitrage; On avait l'impression de dormir sur une aire d'autoroute+boite de nuit.

L'appartement etait tres spacieux pour 5, il y avait également sufficament de rangements.

Pas de chauffage pour le mois d'avril c'est vraiment limite. Niveau vaisselles également tres juste, four mais pas de plat a four. Coté négatif le bruit de l'exterieur, mais aussi à l'interieur de l'immeuble.
