Very elegant hotel, The car park is difficult if you have a large or low-slung car as the entry is down a very steeep slope into a narrow garage where parking required several 3-point turns

They gave me a good sized sound proof ( almost ) bedroom, well furnished with an excellent bathroom. The welcome was none existant, the Reception staff seemed disinterested and, finally, altho my room was a non smoker there were smokers in nearby rooms. The hotel needs a good professional manager to bring it and the attitude of the staff up to-date

I toured Spain for 10 days staying at 6 hotels all booked through this site. The other were all very good to excellent. This was absolutely terrible. The worst aspect were the staff, who without exception were rude and unhelpful.

Rooms were excelleant and the staff was very helpful (??) The only drawback with this hotel was the fact that none of the staff spoke english. Very difficult to get directions, help with bus schedule, taxi's etc

La habitación perfecta, espaciosa y muy limpia. Baño suficiente, muy bien y limpio. Balcón a la calle pero sin ruidos. Me ha gustado mucho y lo recomiendo. Sin duda volveré. Todo ha sido de lujo.

Lo mejor ha sido su ubicación, es muy céntrico, pero a su vez fuera de zonas ruidosas. Las habitaciones muy amplias y espaciosas. La cama supletoria, era muy amplia pero demasiado dura.
