The hotel defnitely stands out from the rest. Staff are efficient and friendly. The booking process was also remarkably easy. No complicated processes. Room was very comfortable with a personalised welcome note and fruit as you enter the room.

In my opinion the hotel is in a more industrial side of town. Its not located at the busy tourist sites. Also its far from a metro station so if you have bags be warned you may be walking a while. Its also a mission in terms of switching lines when arriving at Barajas airport. I think I had to switch between 3 lines. Taxi fair from the hotel back to the airport was around 25 euro - but its worth it. Mini bar isn't stocked so if you arrive in the wee hours of the morning you'll have to make do without any food till the morning.

It has a 10minutes walking to the near metro station and metro to the centre is more 30minutes.

Good size room, close to public transport (metro), but a fair distance from the city centre. Quiet area. Free wifi.

We were only staying two nights in Madrid, so we decided to find something closer to the airport which is in the east side of the city, even if it meant having to take longer to take downtown. This worked well, as we got an excellent hotel for cheap. The rooms are very spacious and very clean, with a mini-fridge with free water bottles. Wifi and security box are also free. Great price!

The drawbacks of this hotel is that there is not much around it, and it does take about half an hour to take downtown by subway (about forty minutes counting the walk to get to the station). Another drawback is that even though the hotel is close to the airport (a 15 euro-cab), it is too difficult to take the subway/bus there, as one would have to transfer about 3 times for each. (If you are planning to take a cab anyways, this shouldn't bug you). So in conclusion, an excellent hotel that's far from the city and close to the airport (but not by public transit). I recommend it if you want a good price and don't care about the time it takes to get downtown.

Wide rooms with all modern conveniences, perfect for relaxation; Very good breakfast; Personal – very friendly; Supermarket nearby; Quiet and relaxed area; Location – not in the centre, but the metro (12 - 15 min. walk) has very convenient connections through the city; Bus stations next to the hotel - not so convenient as a metro, but is also OK. Airport is just 10 min. by car. Taxi to the airport is some 20 euro. Not good connections to the airport by public transport – you must change 2 – 3 lines, but even then it is not more than 45 minutes. Supermarket nearby; Quiet and relaxed area.

Nice staff, very pretty. Location was OK, could have been worse. The No. 5 line is pretty quick and the walk from the station takes about 15mins although a taxi with your suitcases is the best idea 3.80 euros

Not too bad. try and bring a cable for the internet. The wifi on the first night was unusable. We asked for a cable the second night, which one lady said no, they don't have but the pretty one took our room number and said that if one became available she would send it up. anyway the second night(Saturday) the wifi worked very wel.l

El sistema de aparcamiento concertado, que no permite sacar el coche sin pagar en cada salida. En otros hoteles proporcionan una tarjeta con la que se puede entrar y salir del garaje tantas veces como se quiera.

Tuvimos la mala suerte de que nuestra habitación no funcionaba el aire. Acondicionado y nos tuvimos que cambiar por lo demás perfecto.

Tiene todo lo que necesita alguien que va a hacer turismo por la ciudad, incluso si es un viaje de negocios. Atencion, limpieza, servicios... todo, pero de calidad maxima ademas. Estaras con todo confort y si necesitas algo solo tienes que pedirlo.

Las cosas buenas y las ventajas que tiene son muchisimas y es por eso que queda un poco injusto destacar desventajas que a mi parecer tenia el hotel y que son bastante subjetivas. la ubicacion, no es centrico y aun asi no importaria si el metro estara un poco mas cerca debido a la calidad del hotel, pero el metro esta a 15 minutos, ya que 10 es un calculo muy bajo si es que alguien se lo dice. La otra es no tener la posibilidad de tener tele por cable y el deayuno es demasiado caro, estaria bien dar a elegir opciones para distintos presupuestos. Con esas dos cosas seria la mejor opcion de la ciudad

La cama de matrimonio de 2 x 2 que era muy cómoda y la habitación amplia. El detalle de tener botellas de agua gratuitas en el minibar

Esta a las afueras en una zona de poco movimiento. El baño tenía poco menaje para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. El precio de la cafetería me parece exagerado, pagué 11€ por una hamburguesa. El precio del buffet excesivo, más de 17€ en donde la variedad de la fruta era escasa, al igual que el embutido y demás. Por este precio de buffet me esperaba algo más. Eso sí, el café con cafetera nesspreso es un detalle de distinción con respeto a otros hoteles
