Close to the City of Science, located in a nice shopping center with restaurants and bars... good value for money

Not very close to the city center

Very good localization.On the walk from the hotel to new city is about 20min.Nice people,good value,modern look,near shopping centre.Room was clean.Friendly satff.You can have breakfast at Aqua4,high pice,but worth it!

One negative thing was to noisy-at the night I couldn't sleep,because you can heard lift and shouting doors, also noisy people.

Noise early in the morning - in the corridor and rooms next to mine. (People loudly talking, doors slamming, baby crying...)

Tho hotel was nice, clean, modern looking, the access to the garage directly from the hotel made things easy, also parking was free :) We had a car and hotels location to Madrid center was quite easy...

Usual high prices for breakfasts...but I believe this is specific to pretty much most hotels in Madrid, Barcelona etc..

It was clean, near shopping center & cheaper hotel.

I booked a room especially smokeable & wrote you it is an important detail. Howeveer they told me that they have no smoking room. It was a terrible night for me.

Air conditioning in room did not work, we had to sleep with the window open which meant a very noisy night. The room was hotter than it was outside, requested for it to be fixed twice but still broken. Room seemed clean but it had a bad smell when we entered. Not all the tv channels worked.

the public parking is expensive 20€/day, there should be a different price for the hotel guests.

Girl on reception doesn't saw our booking in booking.com, but in my booking.com-account I saw. And she gave to us room on price from my booking :-) It was good for us.

I booked Aqua 3, but was upgraded to Aqua 4 at checkin. Room was spacious, on 8th floor, great view of the city of arts and science. Great location for kids to go to the activities there. Not too far away (taxi) from port either, where there is great beach and tons of restaurant. For foodies, Vertical on the 9th floor is very innovative.

Walking distance to the aquarium. Lots of places to eat downstairs in the huge shopping center. Small but very nice room.

Perfect destination, close to the best museum in Valencia and located in the large shopping mall with shops and restaurants, what was mega convenient. 4star breakfast and extremely helpful staff. Excellent option for those who do not rate window view as top important.

Good location, nice interior design both common spaces and room, friendly staff. Confortable bed and pillows. Enough free parking places around the hotel. Free Wi-Fi internet conection in all the hotel (including the rooms) with good broadband.

Poor air conditioning on the lobby, elevators and halls. Poor water presure (at least in my room). Pretty small bathroom, with no bidet. No closed closet. No minibar in the room and, worst of them, no posibility to buy something cold to drink especialy after 23-34 hours. A little bit difficult to get in the room, the reception is on the fourth floor of the building!

Not far from citycentre, helpful personal, in one building with shopingcentre and onother hotel, parking under hotel but you have to pay separetly, very close to modern part of Valencia - good for night walking and photographing

Location - close to ultra new buildings complex, close to beach and easy access to city via bus. Great price, clean rooms, helpful staff.

The first room we were givendid not have a desk and chair so that we could use the computer. After a bad night with noisy neighbours the staff willingly moved us and the next room was quiet and had the table and chair that we needed to use the laptop, Downside on a Sunday is that none of the shops and food places are open.

It is so close to the shopping mall, and the museum of art and science. The environment is convenient and comfortable.

Very central for City of the Arts and easy reach for bus into the old town. Buffet breakfast was good. Rooms ideal if disabled in any way.

The room was minimalistic. Not too keen on the modern hanging space but for a short stay was managable.

I liked the hotel's location and the facility vs. price.
