The rooms are modern and Staff are friendly. The breakfast is wonderful! It is situated about half way between the city and the beach, in the arts district. So to get around we rented some bikes from Valencia bikes for the week. It was the highlight of our trip to cycle through the Jardin del Real to the city or through the port to the beach. I recommend getting about that way. |

It was very close to the Formula One Race track in Valencia, only approximately a 5-10 minute walk from section T-26 of the track. The Confortel Aqua was also right next to the Art & Oceanographic Centre, & very close to public transport into Valencia City. The hotel provided free internet access via computers provided in lobby, & shops & restaurants were closely available outside the hotel. Inside our room there was a dimmed light above the entrance that we could not turn off at night (I have no idea if this was a feature in all rooms). It was only dim, but if you are like me & can only sleep in a dark room, then you'll understand why I didn't like it! |

The fact that it is on top of a massive shopping centre! (every girls dream!) The location was very accessible, close to the museums, beach and good transport links to the old city. Free internet was very useful, allowed us to plan day trips and activities :) The telepizza service is an excellent idea. Cheap food but tastes delicious, and very quick! The storage of clothes was poor, not enough space to hang clothes, especially in a triple room. Therefore had to live out of the suitcase. Other than that we loved it. |

Actually, we booked Aqua 3 but got a room in Aqua 4. Overall a very good hotel. The interior design of the hotel was very nice (incl. the wall-mounted flat-screen TV). Also a nice surprise that we found a plate of fresh fruit in our room on our first night. The staff at reception were sometimes slow in handling guests (e.g. Friday late afternoon). International newspapers / magazines (English, German) in the rooms and/or lobby would have been nice. |
