I liked the staff and hotel.

My room was quite hot.

The superior room for 70€ was a very large 40sqm room

3 bulbs in the room were gone.

location was inconvient, no restaurants or anything to do in the area. Needed to take a bus to downtown area.

Rooms were very warm. A/C did not keep the rooms cool at night.

The staff is great.

Staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are nicely and very Avant-Garde decorated. The hotel facilities are spacious and clean. Flat tv in room.

Minimal toiletries in the bathroom. The computers at the lobby area do not work or/and they are very slow and you have to keep on resetting them. Poor wi-fi reception.

I like the style if the hotel, evreything was new quiet 20 minuts to the center, mall shooing close, 3 supermacets in 2 minutos walking its was great

the only thing that i dont like the clearoom this was trible the room was thirty the hotel must to do somyhing with this! !!

The design of the hotel was modern, clean, and sleek. The staff was very helpful and tried to accommodate us in any way possible.

The staff was the best! They help me in, if you evrething, the hotel was very quiet

The hotel was not far from the airport. He business services were good and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a variety of healthy choices. The room was not clean. Specially all the bathroom handles and floor, which makes you no to want to touch anything.

Housekeeping staff needs better supervision. Cleaness of bathroom, room handles and floor were very poorly cleaned. Yuk! The handicap bathroom in the conference room are was even worse.

The hotel was really clean. The location is within 20 mins by bus to the city center. The bus costs 1.5 Euros to go there. Staff were friendly but generally did not speak good English.

The staff was the best in the hotel !, and the breakfast was excellent the price was very cheap everyday they give 5 bottle of water free !

Location was very bad 40 minets in bus to the center intenet dosnt work i ask por iron they told me that i must to pay 7 euro because the only was is washing the shirt a lot of light in the rooms yo need to wait a lot of time por hot water in the shower in madrid yo have more options in other area more beter i chose this hotel just because the low price

i love it....

La relación precio-calidad es excelente. A su vez tiene un buen gimnasio con iluminación, aire y ventanales abiertos. Las habitaciones son confortables y está todo perfecto.

La ubicación es un poco compleja. Si estás con coche no pasa nada ya qye está a 15 minutos del cnetro de Madrid. Pero si no estás con coche hay que coger un metro y luego un bus. No es muy cómodo para moverse con transporte público. Además en la zona no hay nada más que hoteles y empresas.
