Free internet. Nice clean room.

The breakfast is not worth 15.00 Euro at all. I have never seen so many desserts on one table.....Not sure how others are but I don't enjoy cakes and cookies in the morning....very little other just tons of desserts. Note: go directly across the street to this coffee stand/shop and get an egg sandwich and a coffee for 4.00 Euro...IT"S Great!!

It has a clean design, free wifi, good location near the city center.

It cost 8 euros by Taxi to La Ramblas, and was far enough from La Ramblas to have peace and quiet at night. The staff spoke very good english, and were very helpful in terms of giving directions to sights, train stations, laundromats and also making bookings on my part.

The print facility was slightly inconvenient because it required you to email the desired document to reception for them to print it out. I noticed a few guests struggled to convert their documents to pdf to send as an attachment - this might have been because all their default computer settings were set to Spanish.

Nothing was special or different about this hotel

No room service, no adapter was available, no iron, no iron board, room locked 4 times due to staff mistake for which they were not even sorry. Though we paid a very high price for this room, which we didn't mind but was not at all expected such a poor hotel, room was very very small, one hotel staff gave us a wrong address for orange mobile store due to which we wasted about one & half hour. When we checked in he room there was no soap, shampoo, other necessary items in the toilet, even there was no place to hold the toilet paper, it was kept on the flush tank. Also when we checked in there was a used towel lying in the bath tube. If we asked for anything they gave us only one reason that due to weekend nothing can be done

accommodated us as best as possible - neighbouring rooms, good decor, modern and clean. Provision of pool Fridge in bedroom - provision of cold water.

No bar or restaurant - only breakfast served in the hotel. We had to buy in all our drinks which was very convenient at times but we would have liked to use a bar to meet etc... we would certainly have spent more if the provision was there. It seemed strange to have a pool and no bar. The pool is VERY small - you swim the length in less than one stroke but it is refreshing and good for sunbathing.

Very tidy and spacy rooms. Excellent hotel staff.

There was no bar and in the fitness room the treadmill and 1 out of 2 bycicles were broken.

The hotel itself was clean and very well presented. It was a great location only 5min walk from the train station which takes you to all of the sites in Barcelona.

The room was comfortable, quiet, very clean and the cleaners every morning replace fresh water in the mini bar which is for free. The hotel is situated 20 minutes from plaza catalaya and 850 meters from sagrada familia by foot. The nearest metro is arc de trioph and is about 10 minutes walk thats why we didnt used it for near distances. The bus stop that transfers you directly from girona airport is situated across the hotel. Is 2-3 minutes walk.

Our room was on the first floor and the signal of the wi-fi was poor and it didnt work. To check my emails I have to go every time with my laptop to the lounge of the hotel in the entrance . other hotel more cheaper have at least a kettle to make a coffee or tea in your room. Its a must as also to mention in your website that there is a wi-fi in the entire hotel and not working.

The service was fine and the rooms were quite clean. The staff welcomed us well with smile faces and helped us much during our stay. Comparing to the price and location, the hotel was satisfactory. We did not encounter any complication neither in the room nor in the staff.

The breakfast price could have been less expensive. And the quantity of shampoo, soap and gel in the bathroom should be raised without asking. They aren't sufficient even for one person.

It was the discount season (~%75) and the price was very good for such a hotel. The discount price was the main reason why we choose this hotel.

Very Young design and staff. Everything was realy nice, I ha a nice stay overthere.

Very noisy housekeping in the morning. The rooms need more insonorisation. And the night clerk didn't me at night for my wake-up call. It ended up the cab driver over charged me 10 euros for waiting...

Staff was very helpful with the language, locations, referrals for places to eat.

Lighting in the room is not good for reading..
