Free internet. Nice clean room. The breakfast is not worth 15.00 Euro at all. I have never seen so many desserts on one table.....Not sure how others are but I don't enjoy cakes and cookies in the morning....very little other just tons of desserts. Note: go directly across the street to this coffee stand/shop and get an egg sandwich and a coffee for 4.00 Euro...IT"S Great!!

Carmina at the front desk is wonderful!!!! They do not give enough soap in the rooms. Also, I travel a lot and take my own set of travel cups from the US.......the maids through them all away seeing them on the desk with all my other stuff for the trip. I dont like that! If it was trash then I would have put it in the trash! Next time it might be my passport!

We were looking for a good hotel near the city centre and we found it! The location was excellent, the hotel is very close to 3 metro stations and to a bus station. The room was very clean and we had free bottled water at our disposal. We also got a very good price from booking.com so we paid way less than it should have cost. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff couldn't find our reservation made through this website, but in the end they found it and everything was ok.

I must say that 1st impression of this hotel is its parfume. The hotel is quite central, 15 minutes walk from Catalonia Square. The area is very safe, so no need to panic if you are returning late at night by foot. In the neighborhood are Arc Del Trionfo, Parc De La Ciutadella and the Sagrada Familia. All around hotel there are a lot of martkets, bars, bakeries ... Rooms are comfortable, very clean and safe. Every day maids come to clean your room and thay are very polite even they don't speak english. I especially want to commend the staff on the reception, very helpful and extreemly polite. With a smile all the time. I recommend to anyone who wants to experience memorable moments in Barcelona!

Location was okay, and generally quiet at night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room 419 - The lighting was poor in main room, and some desk light did not work. On tv the only English speaking channel did not work/was frozen. Bathroom seems very tired and not maintained very well. Safety handle in shower loose/almost falling off. Toilet roll holder similar. Lack of anything in shower to place soap or shampoo. Wifi was very slow to point of hanging and I fell asleep eventually. Sorry not impressed - but please note: staff were helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was quite basic and there was nothing hot for breakfast - it was late winter and cold and we wanted something hot - anything.

We liked everything from reception and stuff to our room. It was nice and clean. Also we liked the parfum smell in whole hotel very much, that was pleasant. Big bathroom also was a plus.

Good value for money. 2 problems: 1. Air/ventilation didn't work well. Room was stuffy - heat/cool didn't work -- made motor sound but nothing coming from vents. Front desk said they were trying to adjust heating system. I simply opened window for air. 2. website said there's a gym and a sauna. There was a small gym but NO sauna. Disappointing.

Its position in the city of Barcelona, quite close to everything, especially that I had the bus and metro stations at a street distance. Wireless Internet should be improved, in the meaning that they should install more Access Points so the signal can be stronger in every room. I didn't like that the receptionists didn't ask me about a room with street or back view, so she gave me a room with the back of the hotel view. But this wasn't a big problem... Though, they should ask!

The room was comfortable, quiet, very clean and the cleaners every morning replace fresh water in the mini bar which is for free. The hotel is situated 20 minutes from plaza catalaya and 850 meters from sagrada familia by foot. The nearest metro is arc de trioph and is about 10 minutes walk thats why we didnt used it for near distances. The bus stop that transfers you directly from girona airport is situated across the hotel. Is 2-3 minutes walk. Our room was on the first floor and the signal of the wi-fi was poor and it didnt work. To check my emails I have to go every time with my laptop to the lounge of the hotel in the entrance . other hotel more cheaper have at least a kettle to make a coffee or tea in your room. Its a must as also to mention in your website that there is a wi-fi in the entire hotel and not working.

The service was fine and the rooms were quite clean. The staff welcomed us well with smile faces and helped us much during our stay. Comparing to the price and location, the hotel was satisfactory. We did not encounter any complication neither in the room nor in the staff. The breakfast price could have been less expensive. And the quantity of shampoo, soap and gel in the bathroom should be raised without asking. They aren't sufficient even for one person.

Very Young design and staff. Everything was realy nice, I ha a nice stay overthere. Very noisy housekeping in the morning. The rooms need more insonorisation. And the night clerk didn't me at night for my wake-up call. It ended up the cab driver over charged me 10 euros for waiting...
