Two single beds pushed together to make a double, broken lock on bathroom

The hotel is located still close to the beach (although the city district is not nice really). The hall is spacious and staff is good. Bathroom is Ok (new sanitary things, taps etc.).

Noise coming from the street. Poor air conditioning in the room. Not comfortable pillows on the bed. Coffee was simply terrible in the breakfast (the worst in my life really). Strange system of elevators usage (you have to press your room card against a panel inside the cabin to activate it, so if there are few people in the cabin wanted different floors, the system won't work properly, and somebody will miss their floor).

The pool

The fact the pool was so cold it was unusable. Prob should be heated!

Hotel decor

Room service was non existent, prices for the price for very less. No kettle in the room, mini bar didnt exist, no english channels on tv

Clean & quiet , secure. Near beach , near metro .

No kettle in room , breakfast should be included in price of room.

design

in the second day,the upstair's bathroom drop off the water disturb our rest.

Very big rooms, clean, excelent price, 5 min walk to the sea,free water in the room, next to Rambla del Poblenou street with a lot of restaurants (more locals, no so much turists) for me as a business traveler due to company location, excelent choice.

Is a little bit off centre (around 30 min walk from the cathedral) in an area with a little bit more development. (But this was no big issue for me, but may be for others)

Clean. Relativelly close to the seaside and metro, stores & restaurants around the hotel.

Bed was on the wheels and pretty uncomfortable - definitelly not on the 4**** level, more like 2**. No water heater (E.G. for tea)

The location, the room was OK, and the staff was very nice and customer oriented.

There were some things that could have been fixed (like a hole in the wall where the air conditioning was and the leaking window).

Nice and large room.

In the evening the restaurant does not serve real dinners.

Very good hotel in a very convenient location. Breakfast was delicious. Smooth out the window at night was amazing. I recommend this hotel.

I like the environment and the bedroom, it's very clean, comfortable and worthy for staying two nights there. If I go there again I will choose it without doubts and will introduce to friends.

Spacious rooms and View excellent. Proximity to old town. Very near to pedestrian street with lots of cafe and restaurants

Service

It is about 10 minute walk to subway, and it is also about 10 minutes walk to the sea. It offers free mineral water.

Its surroundings looks poor.

Hotel design is nice, but feels very businessy, so i think this would suit business travelers more. It is only 10 minute walk to the Bogatell beach. It is also right next to the Rambla Poble Nou which is a wonderful place to dine/drink/walk in the evenings with local people. Very lovely ambience there The neighbourhood is very quiet....can be eeiry at night but otherwise, a nice relaxed area, only a 10 minuute cab ride to the night spots and into town

How can a hotel NOT have an iron for guests to use??? My friends and I were surprised that the ironing was going to be an extra service...which was not even available 24 hours! so we ended up going for a night out in rumpled clothing... The internet PCs in the lobby is extremely slow

Nothing

I found this hotel nearly perfect. They were located at Plobenou with a subway and beach just minutes walking away. The street next to the hotel is La Rampla Plomenou wich is full of bares and restaurants where you can have a nice dinner away of the tourists places. It is a more business hotel, but they offered a great price and the room was so spacious, clean and confortable. If you dont mind stay a little away from the city centre take this hotel.

too expensive for its standard 4* is too much for this hotel comparing to Hotels in Paris, Budapest, Warsaw, etc.

Hotel people are ignorant, problematic and rude as well. I will never go there again.
