The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning was perfect and fast. Sometimes the cleaners are very noisy but in your hotel everything got cleaned even noticing that someone was there :)

The breakfast was a dissapointment. For 11€ it was very poor. We asked some informations regarding to busses, distances etc. from the receptionist in the beginning of our vacation and during our stay we found out that we got quite a lot of wrong information.

Staff made visit to Valencia great. Hotel room had view of famous Science and Arts center designed by Santiago Calatrava. I wanted to be close to the Center but if you just want to see city than stay at another location closer to downtown. I love seeing the Center at night..

For a four star hotel, the size of tv was inadequate, (20 inches or so). Not in downtown area but I choose to be next to the Arts center and not in downtown area. No other negatives.

Nice design, friendly staff, clean rooms, great location.

1. Noise in the corridor can be heard in the room as if it was made right near your ear. 2. Breakfast room looked disgusting. Nobody took away the dirty plates, so the tables were full of them.

This is the third time we stayed at Aqua - practically, on all our trips to Valencia. Comfortable bed and well-designed furniture. Plenty of room. No noise heard in the room from outside or inside the hotel, even though it was a busy weekend, and it has always been so in our experience at this hotel. Good elevators. Close to the City of Arts and Sciences, 5 min walk only. Perfect location inside the shopping mall, with another huge one across the bridge. Good choice of restaurants to eat, cafe Jamaica one level down from the hotel open from 8 am (even though the mall opens at 10) where one can have a nice and cheap b'fast as hotel prices are prohibitive (10 euro pp). Complimentary water in the fridge much appreciated! The hotel provided us with a cot for free for our 2 year old, even though the rules state it is available for babies under 2 yrs only and for older ones at a charge. Good wifi connection. Overall, very comfortable experience which also makes you appreciate small tokens more, as they are hardly ever encountered in other hotels. We will be back for sure.

Small TV with poor reception, not 4 star. Too hot in the room and the only option is AC as it is too noisy outside to open the window. It worked ok, though.

The hotel was clean and in a good location for local attractions.

The reception staff were slow and not very helpful. The Spa is not part of the hotel! The room was very basic for an "upgraded" room with a very uncomfortable sofa which was also a sofa bed. It was noisy. The t.v in the bedroom room was the size of a matchbox. It was very expensive for very little in return.

Very modern hotel, spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet which is not too pricey. Convenient for the science city, city centre is a short taxi-ride away (or a very nice stroll, ~3km, through the city park).

Public transport is not readily available (next bus stop is in some distance)

The location and amnities were good The staff were very helpful and friendly

The sound insulation was poor. Our daughter was in the adjoining room and we could communicate through the walls at normal speaking volume.

Poor service + bad Facilities +no work air condation and control of aircondation if cold or hot by hotel and almost was so cold all time in winter + no help even for small things as shower cup and shoos +no even helper man for bags take to and from rooms + nothing from facilities we read in booking reserve .as water heater for tea or coffe .. finaly its the warest service and the warest facilities I ever seen in anyathor hotels ... recomended for any body dont try ther ever .

Difficult to find. No atmosphere at all. Situation not good, unless you want to shop. Much nicer hotels for better value in the old town.

I was on a business trip. Communications is everything. I had wifi, I could get mail but could not send any email. Very disappointing.

Rooms and hotel were amazing considering the price. Shopping centre just below hotel with plenty of restaurants. Not very close to town centre but only 7euros taxi to city centre. Excellant gym facilities.

Couldnt use spa as needed hair cap and flip flops. Would like to of been pre warned of this and would of taken our own.

The breakfast was excellent! The situation is very good and you can walk to the center if you like walking. the free Internet connection was fine.

The first thing I noticed before check in, got me almost turning around and leaving: The entire lobby area was stinking of cleaning liquid that smelled like the perfumed eggs you find in mens' toilets! It was terrrible and it was like that all the time. I did not like the room itself. It reminded me of a sterile hospital room, but the bathroom was fine.

The location was superb, My husband and i ran the Valencia 10k and we will be back next year! Staff were extremely helpful, it's a very clean comfortable hotel, no fuss, clean lines and lovely smell of cleanliness everywhere, the minute you walk in. comfortable bed and hot showers, just right for runners. Good sized room and space where to stretch for after runs.

What was annoying was the lack of toiletries - however these were provided on asking every day. one small tube of body wash between two is not enough. Ended up using the shampoo and conditioner to wash with... next time i will get mine. I did not expect this from the hotel. otherwise thumbs up for everything and the wonderful person in reception who helped and advised my husband on how to make a quick getaway to reach airport whilst the marathon was still in full swing and all the city was blocked! Value added, in my opinion and priceless.
