Very well situated. Staff was friendly and polite. I book often through Booking.com and it's a shame that one is always given the smallest and "tucked away in a corner" room if one books a "standard" room. Here too, we were given a room without a window. Unless you count a window witch opens on a indoor hall. No possibility for any fresh air. When I asked for a different room, it was no problem. So, why they didn't give that one to start with is a great shame. It often gives the idea that they want to see if they can get away with it, and if so... Fine. I'm afraid this was not the first time. Having said that, on this same trip we also stayed in Cordoba through Booking and that was great.

Very well situated in the centre of the old city and ideal for sightseeing Whilst the hotel is well situated it was extremely difficult to find as the route instructions on the "directions" site did not take into account that the Puento Romano is pedestrianised as is the section of Ronda de Isasa which necesitated driving around for a good hour trying to find the alternative route into the old city

The strong point of the hotel is its location, right next to the Mezquita of Cordoba. This hotel is mainly used by tour groups which gives it a very transient character and which also reflects in the level of service by the staff. The impression is that of a hotel dating back to the 1970s. Certainly the bathroom facilities are in need of renovation. The inner patio is great but is frequently used by tourgroup leaders for briefings. The restaurant facilities are middle of the road. For a little more money there are better places in Cordoba with a more personalized service - and as everything is on walking distance it is not essential to be next to the Mezquita.

Directly across from the Mesquita: excellent location, lovely large rooms and bathrooms, lovely staff - accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel in picturesque Cordoba's old section near river, bridge and horse and buggy rides. Occasionally desk staff are busy with customers so you have to wait.

The location was excellent!! Directly across from the Cathedral and walking distance to all the main sights. The hotel was a bit older, slightly more worn than other 3 star hotels in Spain, however, probably better than many in Cordoba? It was a busy Easter weekend night, so the hotel was louder. Price was high for the quality, but probably paying for the Easter peak season and location.

The location; on-site car parking and very good value for money self-service breakfast. It is unclear how this hotel continues to merit a 4 star rating. The 'front-of -house' facilities are satisfactory and in line with modern expectations but that is as far as the standard goes. The lift was small and too cramped for two persons with normal sized suitcases. The furnishings in my room were no better that some simple family run pensions that I have used in remote country areas. The bed-head was unsecured and needed a pad behind it to prevent it rattling. The bedroom measured only 4.20 metres X 2.20 metres so it was totally inadequate for two persons although the bathroom was well appointed. Some items of furniture were chipped or had cigarette burns. The air conditioning did not work so in summertime when the temperature can rise to 40° or more this will be a serious problem.

Excellent location with wonderful view directly onto the Mezquita. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we very much appreciated access to WiFi. The breakfast was very good with the choice of both hot and cold food and very efficient service which ensured that tables were cleared quickly and no one left waiting. We would like to complement the reception staff who were always very helpful, friendly, welcoming and courteous. Cordoba is a truly magical city and this hotel's location placed us at its heart.

This hotel suited our needs perfectly - efficient staff, comfortable room (though we were woken up each morning at approx. 7am by women's voices - kitchen or cleaning staff talking together). The breakfast buffet was good - possibly there should be a larger selection of fresh fruits. An enjoyable stay.

Stayed with friends, the location was excellent, close to most attractions. Check in was fast, room was clean and comfortable The room was small, ok for one person but would be very tight for a couple. Other rooms at a higher catagory are more spaceious
