Some people were making noise at night and the isolation was not good.

Loved the location - perfect for sightseeing and shopping - lots of restaurants close by and the staff were very helpful with information on where to go

Weird not having a window to the outside - it opened onto an internal courtyard!

Location, great bed and linens, a/c worked perfect, bathroom spacious, great shower, good towels, spacious counter for toiletries, charming common areas, freshly squeezed orange juice included in breakfast buffet. Overall give it a 9.

WiFi only in lobby,no access in the rooms; some rooms have window to corridor so not private for those rooms if you want the window open. Mine opened to mini courtyard so very private; housekeeping staff do not respect the Do Not Disturb sign in their effort to unnecessarily change the towels .

the breakfast hot food first day but when asked for same the second day was refused quite bluntly by a very rude waiter.however this should not be a reflection on overall staff who were really friendly and helpful

This is a splendidly esoteric hotel! It is an old building and former convent, with rooms on several floors all constructed around two internal courtyards.It is crammed with pictures and artefacts, many of which are hugely eccentric. There is something of interest to be observed at every turn, even in the construction of the building itself.The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming; and all speak English.A very good breakfast is available every day.The location is ideal for a city visit.

We were in Room 201. It was reasonably roomy, and was comfortably furnished. There was plenty of storage space, and we had aview of the Giraldus tower. But, but ... this room is situated immediately beneath an automatic motor pump which cuts in and out of operation constantly through day and night. It is hugely obtrusive during the night, and made full sleep impossible. It ruined an otherwise outstanding holiday. We were offered another room on Day 2 of our 6 night stay.This was the only alternative available as there were full bookings. However, it was a substantially smaller room with considerably lesser space for luggage etc..So we made the best we could of the situation, but were very tired by the end of our stay!

The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus. Really nice place and reccommended. NB: do not attempt to take your car to the hotel - the experience of the narrow 'donkey' streets is frightening - best to park in the underground carpark on the river and either walk or taxi.

A lady at receptionist was very helpful. Many bars and restaurant are near hotel.

No refrigerator and air conditioner. Guest who will use this hotel in summer have to remind it... The breakfast need to be improved.

This hotel is situated at the very heart of Seville; less than 200 metres to the Cathedral and 15 minutes walk to the other key sights. It's located on bustling street of bars and tapas bars. Simply fabulous for short city trip to this beautiful city. The rooms are all individual and very Spanish in decor which complements the rustic, traditional style of this hotel. The breakfast is very comprehensive and sets you up well for a days sightseeing. A real find at an affordable rate.

The hotel is in the centre of Santa Cruz and as such isn't an easy location to find in a car without GPS; there is parking immediately outside the hotel to unpack but you will need to park in a local 24 hr car park (there are several to choose from at around €17 per day). As the streets here are olde they are very narrow, they will not accommodate a large car.

Everything was correct. Staff was very helpful, I could delivery mail before my arrival. Once there the service was very good and the facilities were impeccable. Real quality service, and the location was fantastic.

An excellent location and wonderfully atmospheric - a great assortment of religious and non religious art on every wall, old and new. Gorgeous Sevillian tiles everywhere, and lots of rooms arranged around old courtyard layout. Relaxed, friendly, helpful, and in the heart of Seville's cluster of ancient streets. Loved our views of the Giraldo.

Fascinating building with lots of character and amazing ceilings and tilework, cental location near cathedral.

Nightmare getting to it with our car because of narrow one-way streets and impossible corners which defeated the satnav!

this is an intimate and cosy hotel, with a charming atmosphere and a nice feeling to come home to after a busy day. The location is brilliant and the room (I had one with a view) was very comfortable.

It would be convenient to have wifi in the rooms rather than just the public space.

The hotel atmosphere is great and location is fantastic, everything you want to see is on your doorstep and food is wonderful.

The hotel is near to the biggest attractions in Seville but tucked away in a small side street so it is quiet. The decor in the hotel is crazy and adds a wonderful character to the place. Staff were very friendly.

Nothing to complain about really, if anything the shower space was a bit on the small side.

Staff were great and very helpful. Hotel is wonderfully central to visit the whole city by foot!

The hotel itself its a story or history, unfortunately they dont advertise it as well.Its just a convent with lots and lots and lots of stuff inside, some of them scary:) I wish the hotel staff will be more friendly, more into the hotel history, cuz it has a lot , you can see that, but you can not guess...I Had to assume that it was a monastery for the monks or ladies..i have no idea, but I will google it:) The hotel location is in the centre, that is great all the visiting sites are walking distance, all the restaurants are 2 miniutes away from the hotel..Sevilia has a great history, its amaizing..You have to see the bull arena, the lady there tells stories like no one, its amaizing.

The breakfast..Doesnt worth it, we drink the coffee, after we boiled the cup, as they are not very clean...However the restaurant room is amaizing, food not so much:)
