Very helpful (English speaking) receptionist on arrival, she looked up bus timetable for us even though we were happy to walk round the corner to the bus station. Room clean, bed comfortable, good double glazing, therefore little noise.

Receptionists on the morning shift somewhat offhand. Room could do with a makeover.

The location is great and very clean facilities

There was a huge organized group during meal time.

arrived 5.30pm and couldn't get drink- had to go out. evening meal poor as was breakfast. final bill more than expected. could not get in/out of garage from hotel or contact reception or operate door from garage. door operated on time switch and not enough time to get car out!!

The hotel was clean but a bit dated, although the bathroom was modern. Breakfast was old style continental.

Slightly older style 4 star hotel, a little dated in places, but superb front desk staff, nice and clean, and good value

Dinner was not great and breakfast looked unappealing

Staff were very friendly after initial normal Spainish coolness. Modern design with good art work on walls. Parking in basement at a reasonalble price for city centre.

No direct access from parking to hotel. Mant coach parties use the hotel and restruant was often crowded and loud.

Had mentioned about a nonworking light switch but was not repaired promptly.

Clean , convenient , efficient friendly staff. Comfortable room.

Garage parking not very convenient, no lift.

Super location and easy to find. Close to the main sights. Very good room and at a fantastic price.Overall I'd highly rocommend and would certainly try to stay again when in Burgos.

Nothing really. The carpark could be a bit tight for large cars but just ask at the desk for a large space.

All that was needed for an overnight stay was provided.Friendly,helpful staff.

Nothing to dislike.

I have been several times to this Hotel. It is handy as it is located in the centre of Burgos and has parking available in the Hotel.

The staff at the Restaurant need to smile.

Breakfasts were dreadful. Only one member of staff sometimes around. Lack of various food items because of large groups . One morning there were no cups or bowls. Orange juice undrinkable.

La habitacion 128, pequeña ,maloliente, ruidosa, no se puede cobrar por esa habitacion en un 4 estrellas hay pensiones con habitaciones mucho mejores

Comfortabele kamer en vriendelijk personeel.

De ligging van de kamer (eerste etage) bij het restaurant was zeer ongelukkig. Mag je gasten niet aandoen.

El "hotl", como así ilumina su rótulo (sí, no alumbra la "e"), está localizado en una avenida de salida a Madrid, a 11 minutos andando de la catedral (Centro de Burgos)...Ya cuesta encontrarlo por lo deficiente de su fachada y letrero luminoso...Una vez localizado, antes de entrar, unos clientes, como 20, bajaban de un autobús aparcado en su puerta que el más joven debía de tener 60 años dando un aspecto del lugar poco atractivo para una pareja jóven ( todos mis respetos a esta gente y viajes Imserso)...Una vez dentro, un poco de sonido de música "pachanguera" hacía suponer que tenían una sala de fiestas...La señorita de recepción ya estaba atendiendo a unos clientes que reservaban mesa para 50 personas y parecía que les hacía un favor tomando nota...Mientras tanto, haciendo cola, nos hace el check-in a toda prisa. Al ver la habitación nos dimos cuenta que no tenía cama de matrimonio y bajamos a decírselo ya que lo habíamos puesto en observaciones de la web. Al parecer, no quedaba ninguna habitación libre y se empezó una pequeña discusión que, por respeto a mi compañía, no hice subir de tono más que lo preciso. El hotel con un mobiliario viejo, tiene bastante ruido o de cañerías o de la calle y, si tienes en la habitación de al lado a alguien de esos que cuando habla por el móvil lo hace como si no le hiciera falta te puedes comer toda su conversación en un momento de relax...No te digo si, como tienen canal plus, llegas un viernes o sábado en la noche y de 10 canales, 5 son de la peli X del plus y te da por imitar un poco las imágenes y sus sonidos te pueden/puedes dar la noche a la planta. En fín, yo reservé por 50 euros en el mismo día y no es mucho dinero tratándose de un 4 estrellas que necesita una buena reforma pero pobre del que lo hizo después por 96 euros como daba opción www.booking.com porque ya sería carísimo y, además, creo que hace quedar en un feo a la recepcionista que decía que no le quedaban habitaciones cuando www.booking.com sí las ofrecía.

Si, varias cosas. La limpieza de la habitación ha sido nefasta. La presentación de los camareros del restaurante desaliñada. La comida cocinada ya y recalentada.
