the closeness to city and good sound insulation from busy road well set out rooms walking distance from all the sites of interest. pleasant walking and close to bus. room well set out and spacious room to write and use laptop separate desk bed throw ripped dental floss on floor and wear on painted wallpaper other wise excellent. i am being picky nothing was too much trouble for the staff, no English lang. news channel which would have been nice CNN has been in every other hotel i have been in

The reception staff all spoke excellent English which made things good from the start. We were only there one night so cannot comment on much of your classification list, but would certainly stay with you again. The beds were not very comfortable and we do prefer duvets and firmer pillows, but this is just a personal thing.

Tomamos este hotel para descansar en el viaje y de camino ver un poco la ciudad. Como ubicación buena. Pero descatar la profesionalidad del personal. A pesar de los inconvenientes ajenos al hotel, tomaron decisiones que hacen que sea agradable la estancia.

Pasamos por Burgos haciendo el Camino de Santiago y nos alojamos aqui por la ubicacion cerca del centro y su relacion calidad-precio.No esta reformado,al menos la habitacion donde estabamos, pero estaba limpio y las camas muy comodas.No usamos nada mas que la habitacion,pues solo estuvimos una noche.

Su ubicación próxima a la Catedral sin necesidad de estar en el mismo centro. Dentro de la disponibilidad de habitaciones que tenían (solo tenían habitaciones dobles) buscaron la mejor manera de alojarnos con 3 niños.
