Although noisy, you get used to it and the location is great. The studio is perfect for one person, very clean, mattress is comfortable. The staff looking after the flats are great.

It was perfect, highly recommended for young couples!!! Detachment and quite comfortable for a couple of days.

The room smelled like an airplane toilet all the time. The hallway smelled similarly. The room was incredibly tiny, the towels were insufficient. It was in no way an apartment, it is a small studio room. It is barely comfortable for two adults. The kitchen lacks basic tools such as cutting board, knives, drinking glasses. It is extremely noisy at night and all morning due to street traffic. Finally, the photos of the room from this website are inaccurate and very misleading. All in all, I would never recommend this place especially at the price.

The rooms are very small and is extremely noisy. After a few days you will get use to.

too high price. There were no shutters on the window, so the sun used to wake us up really early every morning. The policy of the owners (you have to pay more if you arrive before or after specific hours).

Tiene un lugar fantástico, a 2minutos de plaza S. Jaume. La persona que lo regenta, Pilar, estuvo atentísima nos atendió de maravilla y tuvo muchos detalles con nosotros, nos sentimos en casa. Es comodísimo para moverse (bus, metro cerca), al lado de muchos garitos. Tiene lo bueno de un apartamento (entras y sales a tus anchas, tiene su cocina) y lo bueno de un hotel (limpieza entre semana, y cambio de toallas y sábanas).

Lo malo, por decir algo, la escalera de acceso que es estrecha e incómoda y que la cocina y el dormitorio no están divididos. Descansamos bien todas las noches aunque es zona algo ruidosa.

La ubicacion es excelente, en el medio del barrio Gotico. El departamento siempre limpio. El alojamiento es tal cual como se desbribe en la pagina, no te encontras con sorpresas.

El baño es sumamente pequeño.

Gostei muito da estadia, os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis, uma excelente localização.

As escadas são muito estreitas.

O apartamento era confortavel, muito bem localizado, pois estava perto das Ramblas, da Barceloneta e da Praça Jaume. Apesar das escadas serem muito estreitas, o apartamento era confortavel e com uma otima relação qualidade/ preço/ localização.

Es un servicio de apartamentos que estan muy centricos.

No me ha gustado el apartamento en si, las fotos no coinciden con lo que luego te encuentras, muy mal insonorizados, se oye todo lo del exterior, y lo peor es que al llegar pagas el importe restante de la reserva en efectivo, asi que acordaros de llevar dinero.
