Aparotel Valenciarental Flats  

Almost everything. The room was very nice, with great kitchen.

We asked for a double room and were expecting a single wide cot, but we got two single cots. Also, it was slightly far from the city center, although the metro/bus station was only 5 mins from the flats, so that wasn't a big problem.

Internet connection was very poor in our appartment

We had an apartment for three. Apartment big, very pleasant registration, all new. Full-fledged kitchen. Big refrigerator. Two TVs. Convenient beds and fresh new linen. The conditioner worked well. Arrangement good to the subway on foot 5 minutes. Across the road a drugstore 24 hours that a big rarity in Spain. Before hotel it is possible to park free of charge if there is a place. We were three days and always there were empty seats for a parking. If not to pay attention to quality of cleaning, generally very good place.

Number it is badly cleaned. Dirty refrigerator, toilet. Dirty cups. In a sofa big shred of hair. Cranes in a bathroom and a shower door all in a limy raid.

Good equiped rooms, air condition, clean and new interior, metro is very close, restaurant very close also, nice subburb, they store our laggage after we leave the appartment

Nothing, we receive more than we expect

Very close to the metro (subway), bus station just outside. Also municipal bike rental stations near by (valenbisi). Spacious. New / very good condition. Good value for money.

Our apartment, overlooking the street, was somewhat noisy. Also, the bed was very squeaky!

Great location - couple of blocks from old town. Loved the properly usable kitchenette with reputable appliances. Excellent experience. Room was clean there was nothing we wanted that we couldn't have. Defo stay again

Is just perfect ! nice place and good price. If i go back to Valencia i will stay that hotel again. !!!

Only the sofa is old need new was litle bad to sleep the matrats need new !!!

Great location. Close to Metro and only about 10 minutes to town. Local restaurants and shops very handy. Great apartment with everything you need.

Beds very noisy when you moved in the night and not really good enough for this standard of apartment.

Acceptable quality. Directional info - Get on the No 1 (yellow) metro line and disembark at Beniferri station. Walk towards Melia Hotel and you will find the apartment building on your right.

Signage of hotel not very visible from afar. Hotel should give clear set of directional info from the Beniferri Metro Station.

Settee bed was a bit tired

The bus and the metro station in front of the building. Very close to the fair, only 5 minutes with the bus 62. The stuff very well prepared. You can receive invoice for your trip.

The cleaning in the rooms is made at every 3 days. It was perfect to clean the room every 2 days.

Rooms were spacious, clean and modern design. Easily situated for access to the Feria and the city centre. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful.

We stayed off-season so rooms could have benefited from airing prior to our arrival. No full length mirror or kettle supplied in rooms. Hairdryer didn't work.

Great value for money! Modern apartments, we get the big one for 6 adults on 12th floor with 2 balconies and great views. Good quality too!

Quality of matrass on the sofa could be better.

This facility is a 3 rm flat with full amenities, including fully equipped kitchen. Very high end furniture and equipment. Our flat was on the 9th floor and had a 270 degree of the city. Underground parking was available, which was a real plus. Price was very good. Staff were very helpful. Sorry we were staying only one night.

Street/traffic noise was evident in the room, but did not interfere with sleep.

Spacious apartments. Reasonably well equiped although needed to ask for kettle, toaster and iron, however these were provided promptly.

Bathroom's doorknob was broken. But it is Spain - even in 4* hotels there are a lot of things broken / not working / damaged and not repaired for a long time.

Location is great and value for money is unbeatable ! Paid 41 euro for large appt (got free upgrade w/o asking) 2 flat TV living room nice bath full kitchen Staff at reception v friendly and with good English I will go back there - for sure

Very convenient in terms of location with the metro only 4 minutes away and the tourist bus only round the corner. Also a very good priced supermarket close by and a useful pharmacy. The staff all were very helpful and spoke good english. The rooms spacious a plus especially when travelling with small children, always clean. We stayed 7 nights and the apartment was cleaned twice with bedding and towels changed. Would highly recommend it. We also found the baggage weighing scale very useful especially when you are travelling with a 'baggage restriction' airline.

Maybe they could include a kettle and a toaster in the kitchen, would be an extra comfort.

i had very bad experience withe staff and i had a flat in the main rood it was very hard to sleep .when i asked to change my flat t had to pay extra 40eu for a quite flat tancks

We really enjoyed staying here we could not fault the place it was excellent.

Spacious apartment, with air condition which can be fixed according to one s preferences, I got the kettle which I asked before my arrival to prepare tea and coffee in the room, the staff was helpful

Modern, spacious and close to Congress centre. Helpful staff

Perhaps the noise from the main road might be a problem, if the window was open.
