Very friendly staff, clean modern rooms and very useful internet corner to check whats going on.Would stay again

Location location . Great staff. Comfortable bed Clean bathroom great shower.so closeting the train andmMetro. Close to the Sol area. We walked every where. Nothing more than 20. Minutes of waking.

Great location, friendly & helpful staff, great value

We booked the junior suite and were very pleased. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is well located, especially since it has indoor private parking. We did not eat there so no comment on food (breakfast only). Many restaurants nearby. Friendly helpful staff. Limited English in some but this is Spain after all. Reasonable walk to Prado and other sights. We used the hop-on bus - very good.

the lack of extra blankets and the lack of a full shower door, the floor floods regardless of how careful you are.

the beautifully designed rooms, spacious and very neat. the location of the hotel was phenomenal...it made outing a lot more fun and easier because underground stations and shops were just minutes away. I totally loved my medium cortezo and Madrid experience.

King beds were two singles pushed together, they needed to be strapped together, so they did not drift apart

Travelers not speaking spanish and using bus/metro from airport may find it slightly difficult to find the hotel for the first time. Recommend have a map showing location

Great location, right in the city center. The hotel is clean, simple but modern. Has all the basic necessities you need for a stay. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was bigger than we'd expected. The extras in the bathroom included, toothpaste, comb, shaver, shampoo and body soap. We didn't get breakfast included but we had a coffee at the hotel which was served with a small croissant. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall I think it's a great option, very good value for the money. Definitely would recommend.

If you're planning to use their blowdryer don't count on it. At least in my room it barely worked.

Loved the location - 5 min walk from Sol metro station. Loved the room, very clean and modern, shower was brilliant very powerful. Had to change room after the first night due to noise and the staff were lovely about it, they didnt make us feel like we were putting them out. Breakfast was great, lots of choice for €10.

Room 105 - very noisey as it is over a nightclub!

great value for money... nothing exciting about it but for the money it was clean rooms were a good size breakfast was good location perfect and staff very helpful.

No tolerance at all to late check-out. I was charged another half day for it.

The wifi connection isn't great although your device picks it up its not the greatest strength and their are no English speaking channels on TV

the hotel has very good soundproofing from the outside, but inside is terrible, the noise of employees and other guests makes the hotel unbearable.
