Location excellent Breakfast was good keeps you going for long time Smell of sewerage in corridor at room door. Room expensive for basic room as window overlooked fire stairway with loads of pipes gurgling all night long Staff had very limited english Sun roof tiny

The location was perfect! Easy to walk the city, very safe. Friendly helpful staff- all English speaking which was very helpful to an American.. Very noisy. I was in a back room and the wall were so thin that I could hear my neighbors talking in a moderate voice.

A comfortable friendly/helpful hotel. Room well maintained. Breakfast good quality and range. The room telephone had a very quiet bell/buzzer. I missed it once and nearly a second time

Good location. Easy access to metro. Pity we were robbed on the train. Not hotels fault. Lousy wifi. It was working, just, not enough reception to get efficient Skype connection. Very frustrating when one needs to cancel credit cards etc... After being robbed.... Cheers cb

Location location . Great staff. Comfortable bed Clean bathroom great shower.so closeting the train andmMetro. Close to the Sol area. We walked every where. Nothing more than 20. Minutes of waking. Nothing.

We booked the junior suite and were very pleased. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is well located, especially since it has indoor private parking. We did not eat there so no comment on food (breakfast only). Many restaurants nearby. Friendly helpful staff. Limited English in some but this is Spain after all. Reasonable walk to Prado and other sights. We used the hop-on bus - very good. No negatives at all.

the beautifully designed rooms, spacious and very neat. the location of the hotel was phenomenal...it made outing a lot more fun and easier because underground stations and shops were just minutes away. I totally loved my medium cortezo and Madrid experience.

Great hotel, very convenient location, great facilities. Staying there on our next trip to Madrid. Worth paying for parking King beds were two singles pushed together, they needed to be strapped together, so they did not drift apart

Good reception staff, helpful, quick response to all requests, good ambience, clean, excellent location, walking distance to metro, restaurants, city centre, hop on-hop-off bus Travelers not speaking spanish and using bus/metro from airport may find it slightly difficult to find the hotel for the first time. Recommend have a map showing location
