Wonderful staff and lots of trips from Owner - Eli for local food, trails and cultures. Great place to get hidden and just relax!

The place was beautiful and peaceful as well as the staff very welcoming. Really enjoy the place.

The owner, host, Elly did a marvelous job explaining walks, activities and sightseeing. An absolute delight to be informed in such a natural and relaxed way. Grazalema national park is stunning and has lots of varied walks. Ronda city, equally beautiful. We had the luck to bump into two religeous processions. Las Piletas pool is just lovely, set in rolling hills with views over mountains. The rooms are spacious and impeccable clean. Strong shower and a long deep bath. We loved the nature setting. Waking up to the birds is music in my ears. We will be back to this wonderful Cortijo. A place where the owners have put in lots of love... You feel it.

This is a gem; please don't tell everybody! wonderful staff, rooms, amazing countryside, mountains and wildlife. perfect food and wine. I would like to live there. Thank you !

Everything. Beautiful location and Elisende was there to help with all our questions. The other guests were very nice too.

This hotel is a beautiful find. The owners are extremely hospitable, whilst also making you feel completely like the space is your own. It is comfortable and relaxing and has all the necessities. A great escape for couples who just want to relax and have some time out.

Friendly, beautiful landscape, well take care of surrounding. The first night we had a good dinner there. Definitely we'll go back !

This is a perfect place to stay and relax. The welcome and all the information given were very warm and impressive. Within a short drive you can visit a lot of nice and beautiful places and when you return to the Cortijo in the afternoon you could spend some time at the swimmingpool or in one of the gardens. If you don't want to drive to Ronda for dinner you can enjoy a very good cooked dinner at the patio.

Excellently located hotel that was central to many of the nearby attractions including Ronda. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

The hotel fully deserves the praise it has already received here. The location is perfect and quiet. Lots of birds! It is extremely well fitted for those who seek a quiet number of days in the splendid countryside (without television!). Make sure that you eat there when the chef cooks his own menu. The hostess/owner is very friendly and looks very well after her guests.

A car passes by (now and then), which you hear because of the silence. No eggs or fresh juice at breakfast. However, these are minor points and only come to us after long and hard thinking,

We had a problem with our car and the owner and manager were incredibly helpful to us to sort it out. The hotel itself is deceptive - it has lots more to offer than first meets the eye! I recommend for a quiet location in the country, with magnificent scenery all around the area.

Wonderfully relaxing and beautiful surroundings; fields, wildflowers, birdsong, bats in the evening. The owner Ellie was welcoming and informative with details of nearby walks. Sje provided us with maps, rucksack and a fabulous packed lunch. The 'honesty bar' was just a nice touch; no need to find someone to fix you a drink, just help yourself and leave a little note on the spike! We spent our last few hours relaxing by the pool which was a bit cold but very refreshing once in! And we had use of a day room as our flight was very late in the evening which meant we could leave our bags, shower and change before leaving. Only problem? That we didnt stay longer...

Un accueil très chaleureux et de très bons conseils (visites, promenades, restaurant...). L'hôtel est magnifiquement situé, très au calme avec la campagne aux alentours. Rien à voir avec le centre très touristique de Ronda! Le petit déjeuner buffet est super avec de bons produits locaux. Les chambres sont toutes en rez-de-chaussée, avec un coin repos à l'extérieur et la piscine à proximité.
