the staff are very friendly the complex quiet and clean

The surroundings are very nice, you can see the seaside from the balcony(if you're in upper floor). The pool is nice, but the place is not for disabled people(wheelchair).

One receptionist (black guy) does not know English at all so communicating with him is quite impossible.

private swimming pool which working from 10am -to 18pm.after that is close the gate. Dust under the beds. Single rum no double bed only two single separate beds. Poor condition of mattress. Small (ant) in the bathroom and kitchen in the morning. Noise early in the morning from the cleaning staff . Towels will not do well is washed. Not recommend important for cleanliness and comfort.

Airy Apartment Good Views Quiet Location

Self catering apartments so distance to supermarkets and to restaurants a problem without a car. Long climb from beach.

Wonderful view of the sea and fantastic sunsets. Room 204 very quiet as no-one above or below you. Good walk to a lovely beach, you get used to walking back up the hill or a taxi only costs 4 euro. Lovely quiet pool even though there was a lot of young people there when we were, nice bar during the day. Staff helpful, plenty of hot water, soft towels + soap and sachets of shower gel; washing up liquid, sponge & towel.

Lack of sunbeds and umberellas for shade by the sunbeds No welcome information in the room re safe, pool times etc. A few little repair jobs and attention to detail would improve things dramatically No supermarket/bakery nearby TV a bit hit and miss but that is due to the cable situation on the island not the hotels fault.

the kitchen was well equipt, bathroom was ok. big tv. and a big balcony. Mercadona is close but you need a car. Luckily we had a rental, otherwise i cant imagine walking to he beach and back.... That hill is killer. Value for money is excellent. 5 min drive to las americas and then to los cristianos. good stretegic location for cruising around the island. Had my Garmin with me, was spot on. from the airport to he hotel door.

a bit too dusty, specially the bedroom. and quite small beds. almost smacked on the floor when turning around. But I got used to it after two nights.

Cockroaches all over around. Bad quality of internet speed, even it's coats 4EUR per day. Everything looks tired and needs some upgrade since the 1991...Staff do not care of you at all, no of your needs is considered...I can't accepted in in hospitality industry, even if I decide to stay budget.

difficult to find (numeration of the street is very strange), quite far from center, ocean view depends on the room you get, no normal sleeping wrap (only sheet in spanish style), small bugs in bathroom

Very quiet, no loud music, nice looking pool, hill and sea view (far away) if you have a room in the back.

Hotel is in a hill but no problem if you've got a car, about 5 min driving to the beach. Hotel not very clean to details but OK ish if you're not too demanding. Pool Towels £3 per stay Safe £18 per stay Wifi was free the first days then they changed the system and it became payable on a pay as you go basis. Not fair from them as the booking clearly mentioned free wifi Pool is freezing cold and same depth everywhere about 2m deep. Little pool for babies about 50cm deep but also freezing cold.

The only thing for us was the choice of music at the pool side bar we love most music but it was house music Set up high on the hillside we had to return in a taxi but it was only 3 euro The hotel must have recently changed its name from Belair as taxi drivers didn't recognise it so worth remembering that

The best place to stay with family in Tenerife. Good price, beautifull views to the sea and mountains, only 5 minutes by walk to the Aquapark and 10 minutes to the Costa Adeje center and beaches. Amazing choose to have the best time in sunny Canaria.

Perfect location, fully equiped apartment with ocean view, helpfull staff, amazing and cosy swimming pool.We were having each day breakfast on a tarrace, with great view for the whole neighbourhood and ocean.

Minor cons, not really important: some ants, but all the island has the same problem and no internet in the apartments, only in public spaces.

The hotel staff were very friendly + accomadating,the pool bar staff of makhaila +facu were very friendly,would do anything to help, the food,very good, with very good portions.+reasonably priced.we had a late afternoon flight,went to reception, asked to keep the room on until later,not a problem,+no charge.how good is that ?.when req taxis a phone call,one arrives 2 mins later.overall had an exellent stay.we would like you to contact the hotel + ask them to pass on our many thanks to the pool bar staff on our behalf.

The hotel situated on a steep hill, was a shock at at first,but having visited tenerife twice a year for the last 16 years hills arent not that big of a problem, and taxis being just over 3 euros from beach to hotel, you get on with it.

The service at costa adeje gardens was excellent, 1 received an email direct from them as soon as I'd booked and was able to ask them directly about car hire and a cot for the room. The 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. I would recommend car hire as the hotel is up a very steep hill
