Pools:
Extensive area with two adult swimming pools (one heated) and a separate children’s heated pool.
The sun terrace is surrounded by tropical gardens with sun beds, sun umbrellas and towels for exclusive use in the swimming pool.
On the roof, 6th floor, swimming pool of adults with roof terrace and superb panoramic views to the Atlantic Ocean and mountains.
There are also two exclusive areas for naturist use.

Golf:
Tenerife, an island with an eternal springtime climate is an ideal location to practise this select sport. Throughout all the South coast of the island you will find 6 golf courses and in the North there are another three. You could also take a trip over to the neighbouring island of La Gomera, where there is another golf course.

Wellness & Gym:
A world of tranquillity and relaxation where you can disconnect from your daily routine and stress. In the SPA there is a Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath.
In the gym, you have a wide variety of all the necessary for your habitual exercises, enjoying wonderful views to the tropical gardening and the area of swimming pools.

Outdoor activities:
Tennis court (with lighting). One court for paddle tennis and one for squash. Surface of 18-hole minigolf area (500 m2).
Pétanque, table tennis and more.

Food & beverage

Main Buffet Restaurant 'La Finca':
Large room with natural light and pool-view. Varied and appetizing buffets, show cooking and themated menus. Breakfast and dinner are compulsory for clients with half board. Long trousers dress code for gentlemen (evenings).

À la carte restaurant 'La Laja':
With sea and pool views. Mediterranean cuisine. The suitable place to spend the nicest soirées. Clients with half board have a discount.

Canary style restaurant 'Tasca El Puente':
Rustic decoration. Choice of Tapas (appetizers). The best place to taste the island flavors. Timetable: (afternoon- afternoon).

Room information

458 exterior-facing rooms with sea, pool or mountain view (most with sea and pool view). All of them with balcony and air conditioning.
Spacious and comfortable, completely equipped and decorated in warm colours and noble materials. Some rooms are interconnecting.

Area information

Situated 300 metres from the fine sandy tourist beaches of Playa del Duque beach and Playa Fañabe, this quiet, residential area is where most of the 5-star hotels of the South of the Island are found. Commercial centres restaurants, boutiques, banks, chemists, etc. are all near by. Situated just 1.5 kilometres from the brand-new Congress Centre Tenerife South.

Positioned on the Tropic of Cancer, the area enjoys dry and sunny weather year round. The medium temperatures in winter are 20ºC, and in summer 25ºC.

lovely hotel, great area, great pool , lovely lobby , great cleaners,one of the cleanest hotels i have ever been in, lots of facilities- tennis pool squash mini golf e.t.c. Perfect but for the food!!!

We were asked to pay in full as soon as we arrived in the door of the hotel.unusual and degrading. Also The food in the restaurant is deplorable .Only went to the a la carte restaurant la Raja once and i can honestly say it was worse meal i ever tasted. please take full board of your deals on website it will stop negative comments about this hotel.was unedible and i aint fussy

Location.Views from the roof!!

If you get 2 minutes hot water in the shower you are luck!! Breakfast is
genuinely terrible!! Not 5 stars no way!! But...best of a bad lot.

Large immaculate rooms with excellent facilities. The rooftop pool was a particular favorite for watching the sunset.

The added charge for using the safe in the room.

Very clean tidy, good room size with very pleasent staff, willing to help and assist anytime of the day.

The half board, price quoted did not include hidden service charges for using different breakfast or dinner dinning rooms, with 6 and 12 Euro per person per day. Secondly, the roof pool snack bar, was never open so any drinks or food required during the day one would have to take lift 6 floors, to find a bar open.

* the pools, especially the one on the roof, which has a really nice view over the ocean and over the mountains; the location was great, staff was great, everything was great :)

There aren't many bad things about it ... maybe the variety of the breakfast (especially if you stay longer than a couple of days) and the fact that the bathroom has no ventilation.

At breakfast there was no self-service for coffee or hot water, you always had to wait several minutes until some waiter served you.

It was a wonderful hotel where the staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasure. They even suppled complementary champagne for my wifes 40th birthday.

The only draw back is that the pool area was always crowded and you had to be out there early if you wanted to sit by the pools. Also it would have been nice to have some form of list in the hotel room of all the facilities that where available with costings etc. It was only on the last couple of days we found they had a pool on the roof with a sun terrace.
