Staff was very friendly and helpful, evening entertainment was also really good.

Food and stuff service was excellent, lot of greenery and different types of swimming pools, no mosquitos in April

1. Gym working hours is from 10:00 to 18:00 only, what was extremely inconvenient for me, also gym facilities does not coup with 5 star hotel 2. beds are little bit unstable and uncomfortable

I like the food and the buffet selection a lot. The facilities for sunbathing is fine. The lobby is spacious and nice. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

The beds and mattresses are getting a bit worn, really they are just sagging. The internet connection in my room was not working, the strength of the net was too low, although it was ok in the corridor. The hotel is large, so one may expect to walk a bit, depending on room location of course. Also, morning noises of cleaning staff may wake you up.

Good quality food, average entertainment, excellent value for money. Have visited Tenerife over 20 times, would highly recommend this hotel.

It would be nice to have some late evening entertainment. It would be nice to have a disco after 11.00/11.30 when most the entertainment stops. Whilst we were fully inclusive (free drinks stop at 11.00), we would have happily paid for late night drinks. The hotel & guests really miss out, that said, all the other hotels I have ever stayed in Tenerife seem to do the same thing. Such a shame because when you have 14/15/16 year old kids half the fun is staying up till 1.00 in the morning.

Reception staff snooty and unfriendly. They did not make us feel welcome from the start. We were fleeced for more money outwith what we had already paid. Things were overpriced and not worth the money. I would never stay at this hotel again and advise others not to.

I found the staff at the front desk to be very courteous and helpful during my stay.The entertainment at Night time was very good,great bands and shows.The Hotel is located in a nice part of Town very quite no hassel on the street great views of the resort from the front of the Hotel.

I found the breakfast to be a disaster ,poor selection of food and the breakfast area was very disorganised food counters to far from one another,the restraunt that served the breakfast could not cope with the numbers using it, saying that the staff that where on duty done there best to help the customers.

Spazi comuni sfarzosi, piscine davvero belle. Personale attento (anche se bisogna ripetere le richieste due volte prima di vederle soddisfatte) e gentile (bottiglia di spumante omaggio dopo averci cambiato la camera su richiesta). Stanze spaziose, letti comodi. Tv ricchissima di canali (inclusi tutti gli italiani). Parcheggio facile e gratuito.

Hotel estremamente rumoroso (difficile riposare per via della pessima insonorizzazione delle camere), un po' datato (una rinfrescata è assolutamente necessaria) e lontano dal mare. Colazione abbondante ma di qualità appena sufficiente. Doccia irritante (la temperatura dell'acqua varia in continuazione). Wi-Fi lento. Clientela in larghissima parte composta da fragorosi tedeschi e inglesi prossimi alla pensione.

Kwaliteit Prijsverhouding is prima! Royaal ontbijt, ruime propere kamers. Ondanks grote capaciteit van het hotel heb je niet het gevoel bij je buur op de lip te zitten. Reeds in meerdere hotels in deze regio verbleven, oa. Isabel, Riu Arecas, Melia Jardines del Teide, maar deze is toch favoriet. Aanrader.

Gebouwen zijn her en der aan renovatie toe. Met name schilderwerken. Parasols zijn hoognodig toe aan vervanging.

Fijne ruime kamers, grote badkamer, goede bedden. Tiptop.

Het balkon op het zuiden kreeg toch weinig zon door de bouwwijze. Ligging van het hotel is wat excentrisch, maar binnen 10 min. zit je in de drukte. Entertainment 's avonds is uitgesproken oubollig.
