We had the dinner buffet the first evening because we were tired and didn't want to go too far. The food tasted okay, but several of the dishes were almost cold and not too appealing.
At the breakfast buffet, my husband ordered an omelette from the chef, and it turned out to be raw inside. When he commented on this (in a polite way) and asked for a new one, the chef just gave him a rude look and made the next one without any fillings.
The wifi was working well - only very small complaint was that you have to login again after having left the hotel.
The room was a little on the small side, but we didn't stay there much, so it wasn't a big problem, as we were only there for 4 days.
You pay for the entire stay on arrival, which is not normal, I think - but it wasn't a problem for us.
Very comfortable beds - I slept better than at home!
We stayed on the top floor (8th floor - one of the Premium Plus rooms) and can only recommend that you choose this, if you don't mind that it's a little expensive - the view from our room over the harbour and the city was amazing at night, and we could lie in our bed and see all the lights.
The location is around 2,5 km from the city centre, but it's a lovely walk along the harbour side.
Staff was helpful and nice - we arrived 2 hours before checkin time, and were offered to leave our luggage in a luggage room until we could check in.
