Very friendly staff - all people there did everything to make me feel just great. потрясающий стафф, начиная от ресепнш, и заканчивая поварами. еда нормальная, все остальное тоже неплохо. у меня был полупансион.

Nothing in general

My wife and I had the most amazing time. It was very peaceful and affordable and we will go back for sure by ourselves and with our children. I was more than pleased with this facility.

I really didn't like the beds because they weren't that comfortable but this wasn't a deal breaker. Everything else was so amazing so this was probably the only thing I could complain about.

The peace and quiet; the excellent choice of food in the restaurant; the waiters and reception staff were very polite and helpful. The layout of the hotel.

No nearby supermarket. The hotel's shop and hair salon was closed throughout my stay.

We loved the spa!! I had an excellent body treatment followed by more thalasso pool! The rest of the family went around the resort town on bikes and enjoyed themselves immensly. The resort was mostly closed as it's well after the season. Our hotel filled up on the Thursday evening tho, with Spanish tourists, so it didn't feel ghost-like! The children loved the games room, tho we quickly ran out of €1 coins to feed into the machines like air hockey. The food was.....ok. The second night's buffet dinner was Mexican themed - I had the "pollo con mollo", amongst other things. The mollo was chocolate sauce! Odd tasting, for sure! The alternatives to the restaurant were about 7km away in very busy Rota. We didn't feel like looking for parking in the narrow streets so chose to stay at the hotel. I suppose a taxi would have been an option....had we stayed longer, tho we'd have sought alternatives. Our room was on the gground floor, overlooked by the carpark entrance, and actually quite a good and quiet spot to sit on our patio.

The rooms are sparse, tho comfortable, with a minibar and a couple of chairs and a table. There were no spare pillows or blankets, both of which we needed, but it was too late to ask houskeeping. Also, it would have been really nice if there was a tea/coffee making facility in the room. The bikes for hire really needed maintainance and attention, tho were still ride-able.

A family centred hotel mostly for Spanish visitors. A great pool which the kids enjoyed and the poolside entertainment and evening show made this a kids delight. The 200 metre walk to the beach was fine adn the beach itsefl fantastic to sea the sun set after eating at the chiringuito which wa very reasonably priced. Breakfast was delightful from and offerd up to 11am which is perfect after a late night. 2 til 4 siesta time for 90% of guests and so we indulged also and felt much better for it. The kids club was great and hardly saw our son for the 3 days we were there.

Room a little small for 2 adults and 2 kids, but reflected in the price perhaps. A little further than Cadiz than we imagined but that was our choice (about an hour way to historic centre of Cadiz). Overall a great pool, good food, a good nights sleep and a beatiful beach. I wouldn't be tempted to book half board as the chirringuito is much better value and beautiful location for dinner at night. Thoroughly recommend the hotel however for a family visit.

The hotel room and location was good, near beach and other cities, we got a rental car which it was very convienient.

While eating we noticed that the plates ( all stacks ) were dirty, some with dry food still , it seemed that they just wiped them with a towel instead of washing them, we commented it to one of the ladies, but she didn't do anything about it, the next morning were the same way.

This hotel was so beautiful! The staff were also very friendly and everyone I came into contact with spoke English. The hotel is located within five minutes of the beach and also a 10-minute drive to Rota. While we were staying at the hotel as a family, it could be both a romantic/luxurious stay or very family-friendly. Our daughter had fun playing both at the kiddie pool and the indoor play area. Overall, it is very nice for what we paid ! We plan to stay at other Elba resorts throughout our time in Spain.

The only negative thing I could say is that the beds were not very soft - but that is a Spanish thing rather than a fault of the hotel. If anything, the beds were softer than many places we've stayed and the pillows were much better!

There is much to like about the Elba. Everything is as advertised and over all great value for money.

Staff was very good with one exception.

La comida para ser un 4 estrellas poca variedad y menos calidad. La piscina pocas hamacas y muy pequeña

La variedad del desayuno, la amabilidad del personal y sobre todo la tranquilidad y belleza del entorno.

Es el segundo año que nos alojamos aquí y la calidad de las cenas ha bajado con respecto al año pasado. No tienen habitaciones triples y las camas supletorias son incómodas para un adulto y más después de un viaje en moto.

esta todo bien. Las habitaciones son comodas y estan muy limpias . El desayuno es muy variado.El garaje tiene comodas plazas
