Location is perfect and the price is very good. Would stay again.
Breakfast was cakes and continental. Would have been nice to have some fried food also
Location. Breakfast. Staff. Everything was better than expected.
Staff were superb, especially Rosa. My parents were taken ill at another hotel and she showed me such kindness. The man on reception lent me his personal charger. Room very comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Great free wifi. Good location for town and marina. Thank you
Gym was very basic.
Right in the centre of town, easy walking distance to everything, plenty of free parking around the hotel, warm and comfortable accomodation
Pleased with our choice of hotel,on our arrival greeting was very welcoming .the same in the dining room,we where very happy with the choice of food available.finally we were very impressed with the person ,who looked after our room.please thank her,for us.
The only thing we should have commented about was the noise during night ,something like window shutters banging if the wind got up.
Breakfast not very good except for Fresh orange juice and coffee Bread poor no veg cheap meats and cheese
Ample parking, cleanliness and polite staff.
Noisy persons at escalator entrance.
The room with breakfast for two adults was 49. 50 euros, the extra cost for two very small dogs was an extra 30 euros, the hotel we stayed in France the next night charged 10 euros which I think was a bit more reasonable
Staff were pleasant, hotel was very clean, hotel was positioned within easy walking distance of shops and port.
Multiple recycling bins, positioned at the front and side of the hotel. were emptied nightly during the night. No balcony. Drains in bathroom gave off an unpleasant aroma every day
WE LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. THE STAFF ,THE ROOM,THE LOCATION,THE PRICE, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT..WELL DONE TO EVERYONE AT THE HOTEL
Great location, room/ bathroom standard excellent. Staff pleasant and helpful.
Nothing not to like
LIFTS TO SMALL
Room was comfortable and clean and the hotel's in a good location
For some reason we had a double bed and 2 singles in the room
Clean rooms, good air con. 24 Hour reception. Wifi adequate for email, internet. Balcony had good view. Fridge in room. Lots of space in room. Comfy bed. Excellent bathroom.
No parking/limited parking. Wifi not good enough for netflix/streaming. Room hadn't been cleaned when checked in. Easily sorted though.
Good hotel: nice view, good location, nice room.
A little bit dated, but it is not that bad :)
Walking distance to beach and main street with shops and restaurant . Readily available street parking. Large bath towels, good toiletries.
Pillows and mattress thin. Not too comfortable.
The choice at breakfast was good
The window in our room didn't close and therefore we could hear the noise outside all night
Old, smelly, need to change beds asap
No english speaking channels, airco noisy, small room.
An easy walk to central Denia town and we also walked to the beach and the Monday markets taking around 15 minutes. The room was lovely with a king bed and balcony and spa bath. The staff are always friendly and helpful Breakfast has good choices and provides a good start to the day.
This was also our gripe last year and hoped because we were on the other side of the hotel it wouldn't be a problem but it was...the rubbish trucks take the rubbish at 3 in the morning a couple of times a week!!Bad timing and very noisy.
Excellent location for access to the old city, the Castle, the port, and also near the beach. We were able to get secured parking, which was extra cost. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff pleasant and helpful, and overall it was good value.
The room refrigerator did not work, but held only water and juice anyway. The front desk staff was very nice, but had problems working our US based credit cards on our check out; we know they are different than those issued in Europe, but we appreciate it when those who work with tourists know how to work the systems.
Air con in restaurant not very effective
Very central location that was not difficult to find. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast in a very pleasant dining room. Our room was pleasant with a good size bathroom.
Nothing about the hotel, but parking can be a bit of a nightmare. Beware of the exorbitant cost of the nearby underground carparking.
Lovely hotel in general
Walls were like paper, so could hear neighbour even in early hours of morning, so poor sleep.
