Very nice good location, 5 minutes walk from University metro station, 15 minutes walk from Las Ramblas. Excelent room, with enought space for 2 people, nice design and a very complete mini-bar selection. Excelent staff.

The location was very good and I enjoyed the hotel bar downstairs that was open til late and had a good vibe. On the surface it looks like quite a nice boutique hotel but there were a few things on closer inspection that made it a little less appealing. The shower water wasn't very hot, the paint work a little shoddy, and the room service food was up there with airplane cuisine. But, for the location, it was pretty good.

Good location. The roof top is great for relaxing after a day of sight-seeing. Great insulation despite the fact it is on the busy street. During our stay we encountered some problems. Our TV was not working, not a big deal, but still. Right before leaving for a city tour we found out that the safe was not working. AC was not functioning at all- we were lucky we had to suffer just for one night due to the weather. On the day we were supposed to get a wake up call- never got one(a big one, since we had to be at the airport for our departure).

The staff were alway's friendly, they explained barcelona in full detail on where to go and how to get there. I was amazed by there friendliness and there patients when we didnt understand something, and they were willing to explain over and over again. Also the rooms were kept in great condition.

Nice hotel that is in the middle of the city. Staff were pleasant and happyto advise. Superb resturant ie Gaig within the hotel. Shame it had no spa facilities and that the pool was polluted and out of use.

The room was beautiful with a very finished and original design. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The shower room was great. There was a really nice bar on the ground floor The wifi didn't work well. There was hardly any reception in my room and I could not use it properly. I found most of the staff quite snotty. Inclined to judge guests on their appearance and give them better service on this basis. These are the reasons why I would not recommend this hotel to someone else and I don't think I would stay there again.

Great location. Room was quiet even though we were in 603 with window/balcony facing the busy Aribau/Aragon junction. Bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows.

Great location & comfortable beds. Room could have been cleaner - impression was that the room had been cleaned in a hurry. TV screen was damaged. Soundproofing from outside works but inside does not.

The staff are excellent, friendly and extremely helpful The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable and the room very quiet although the hotel is right in the city The decor in the reception and bar area was too dark and funky for my taste Decor in the room was much lighter, but the room was quite small and there was no bathtub

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay (myself and a colleague) very pleasant. From suggesting and booking hotels, to finding a Flamenco show, to organising coffees when the bar was closed - nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size for a European hotel and very comfortable. No tissues in the bathroom, the wi-fi was annoyingly complicated to use (although fine once connected), the lobby lounge area a little dark to use for meetings and the air-conditioner in the bedroom never got really cool (thank goodness is was still cool outside and I could open a window).

Very unusual design hotel, good staff, beautiful view from roof with terrace for breakfast, may be I even a little underestimate hotel in ciphers.... Nothing serious. Room a little bit too small. Breakfast a little bit too expensive - 21 euro.

Hotel staff are wonderful pepole! Receptionest helped crossing all the nice tour sights on the map and transportation facilities. Ladies at 7th floor restaurants are nice with big smial on their face. Breakfast is excellent and even has Nespresso machine. I will come back with the family again.
