Central Location and Clean Room, Very Friendly Stuff

Small Room- one wall is covered with a very large mirror , giving you the look as a large room. The facto is not so ! No garbage can in the entire room ! One small garbage can in the washing room ! No table in the room, No place using even a small laptop ! Dark Room in the evening !

The staff was totally friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great and the design of the hotel is a pleasure.

The hotel is like Bodyshop with perfume all over the hotel. I had to ask the staff to stop spraying the hotel room and put some fresh air in the room as I have perfume allergy. They fully respected this and no perfume was sprayed in my room during our stay.

The facilities were very good as was the location. The room was compact but well appointed. A full set of amenities each day was also appreciated. The was breakfast was excellent and good value for money if you don't book online. Black out curtains were excellent. The room was funky and interesting making for some difference to your usual hotel room. The roller shelf under the bed was great too.

There were no instructions on how to use the internet and tv. The television was all in Spanish so wasn't available to us as tourist who don't speak Spanish.

Aircondition not working in both rooms( room upgrade after complaint). Bad and very unfuctional design.

There were no plugs in the room. You cannot charge two cell phones at the same time. Also no kettle in the room

Quite well located. Lovely decor; very modern. Room was lovely. Very clean, stylish and the bed was so comfy.

The prices at the bar and the mini bar prices. €6 for a small bottle of water is a bit steep

Poor breakfast. Small room. The guy from the reception tried to put on my room some products from minibar that I have not used.

Design hotel, well located in Eixample. Close to many attractions and commercial area. Double room with private balcony: Kept clean and well mantained. Bed was comfortable with clean linen. Room was cleaned, serviced, and replenished every day of my stay. Did not make use of any of the facilities but seen a small pool in a terrace with a nice bar for a drink. Good stock of amenities provided in the room. Staff very receptive and willing to help.

Insonorization may be too strong. No towel holders near the shower which makes it a bit uncomfortable. Heater and AC controlled by reception. No waste bin in the room. No kettle or coffee maker in room.

It takes a very long time to get hot water in the room.

The location is good, very near to the underground; the bed and pillows are very comfortable; the best pillow for my this trip within 5 hotels in the UK and Spain

In the room is only one window with normal view; the bar at rooftop was not open, maybe it is winter time; the interrior design is not as pretty as in the photos; smaller than I imagined

CRAM hotel is a good hotel to stay at your trip to Barcelona. I liked the whole package.. the interior of the hotel and rooms are great! staff is friendly and helpfull, rooms are clean. you have a very nice view from out of your room/balcony over the streets of Barcelona. on the topfloor there is a "small" swimmingpool and a bar.. also great.. this is the second time that i stayed at this hotel.. its a couple of houndred metres from the mainstreet of Barcelona in a "gayfriendly neighbourhood" so everything about this hotel is great!
