Really polite and helpful staff. Lovely spacious room with excellent facilities. Nice pool and bar areas.

Could not find any faults with the hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed at Crowne Plaza Estepona and on both visits it has seemed to be catering for very few guests. At a guess 20% occupancy - personally I have enjoyed the benefits of this - the wonderful swimming pool and sunbeds almost to myself and never having to wait at the bar or in the breakfast room. However if you are looking for a buzy and social atmosphere then this is not for you The rooms and service are of a great quality.

My booking for this hotel was made online and at the time payment was accepted with no problem. On arrival at the hotel I was questioned about the booking and apparantly the expiry date on thye card used was incorrect? After furnishing the reception with the correct (debit card) details all seemed well. On the second day my partner went to the pool before me to order drinks and relax only to be refused putting the drinks on the room only to pay cash, due to "lack of credit" Embassing to say the least !!! On learning of this I went to reception to discuss and was told that is not a problem, messed with the computer screen and said all was ok On leaving the hotel I went to the reception handed in my card keys and said "is that all I need to do" expecting the bill to go straight on my card, answered yes thank you. Was phoned later saying that I had not paid for "extras" to which I said charge them to the card, which apparantly had already been done. In short the Hotel is clean tidy and location ok. The staff need to get thier act together to avoid embarassing guests. M A BALL

Absolute luxury, drinks were a fair price. Pleanty of seating area in or out of the sun. Rooms were very spacious and bed was very comfortable. The Hotel has numerous local restaurants on both sides of the road. Opposite side can be accessed via a foot bridge. Would definately stay here again as 'Heaven' ie beach is about 12 euros

Breafast @ 21 euros a bit much went next door to Robin Hood and had a Bacon Roll for 3 euros. Beach as yet not developed so no facilities ie cafe or bar to get drinks / lunch. So we stayed at hotel

The friendliness of the staff (however whilst friendly they still forgot the newspapers!). The closeness to other resorts without the hustle&bustle of being in the resorts. The fact tea/coffee was provided. The comfort of the room - although the curtain had holes in them! A little moth eaten for a 5 star hotel.

The restaurants where not all open, if you didnt want chinese there wasnt much option, for lunch we had to order room service, to get something we wanted to eat - but would have preferred to sit in a restaurant or a lounge area and order the snacks.

Cristina the lady working in the bar/ restaurant down stairs was fantastic and mad us feel so welcome, We went back a second time because of her friendly service

Bien que l'hôtel soit sur le point de fermer (le jour de notre départ) le personnel était stylé et l'hôtel assez luxueux.

Petit déjeuner assez succint surtout les 2 derniers jours. Trop de suppléments wifi, parking.

Contrairement aux autres hôtels de la même chaine (Toulouse et Montpellier) le wifi est payant (cher) et marchant de manière aléatoire avec un débit très faible ceci est scandaleux. La salle de bains était très sale de même que le reste de l'hôtel (piscine pas nettoyée durant les 3 jours du séjour. Nous avons séjourné dans les 2 autres hôtels de la chaine, celui-ci n'est pas du même gabarit, est-ce vraiment un Crowne Plazza

Habitacion, muy bien.

Nos esperabamos mucho mas de este hotel, por los reviews que habiamos visto, articulos en revista y demas opiniones. El hotel esta muy bien pero no lo vimos como para super 5 estrellas. Las instalaciones tampoco son muy amplias. Las habitaciones si lo son. El desayuno bien pero algo desangelado, por ejemplo echamos en falta zumo de naranja exprimido o jamon serrano. Estuvo correcto, las habitaciones bien, pero nos esperábamos más.. la verdad.. Creo que he tenido mejor relacion calidad-precio en otras ocasiones...

I can't quite believe they make guests pay for Wifi.

De mensen van de receptie zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. Zeer leuke/ goede ervaring. Hotelkamer is ruim en schoon en comfortabel.

Gebruik voor wifi is tegen betaling. Jammer voor zo'n hotel
