How close they were to the beach, in general good location and the bus stopped right outside very handy from airport

No umberalla's for sunbeds, no green area around pool bit lifeless could do with plants or something, a bit of colour around pool area, no english channels on tv

The rooms where spacious and well equipped

Very poor around the pool area most of the sun loungers where cracked and only one parasol in the whole place I would have expected a lot more not even a chair around the pool area not suitable for disabled people No ground floor apartments and the 2 lifts are very small Towels changed every 2/3 days and you have to empty your bin and clean your own floors

It was a lovely appartment fab pool and great balancony. Not a lot of entertanment for kids but great location and will return i would recommand this appartment , cant wait to go back....

Please can they update cuttleary a bit outdated. It would be helpful if reception could be more aware of days out /attractions ect. More programs/actictives for kids/teens.

Su ubicación, relación calidad/precio y amabilidad del personal limpieza y recepción. A destacar que el apartamento tiene aire acondicionado y una terraza muy amplia.

Si la habitación da a la parte de la calle se oye mucho ruido (de los autobuses, gente de la calle o del bar que hay en la entrada del hotel). Otro inconveniente es el aparcamiento pero es un problema general de Salou no de los apartamentos.

Автобусная остановка в 5 шагах от фойе.На кухне есть необходимый инвентарь для приготовления пищи, кроме крышек к сковородкам и разделочной доски, но кухонная панель у гарнитура каменная, что решает вопрос некоторым образом.Есть открывашка, но нет штопора. Удобные глубокие раковины с затычками для слива, как полноценные тазики для стирки. Ночные шторы, что делает девной сон максимально комфортным.Штатная система кондиционирования охлаждает воздух, не продувая спящие тела. В целом удобные кровати с подушкой-колбасой. Есть большой балкон с пластиковым круглым столом и 4мя стульями и сушилкой для белья.Прилагается набор: тряпка, губка для посуды и мини-тюбик средства для мытья.Есть ведро,швабра,щетка и совок для мусора.Напор воды хороший, мойся и плескайся. Убирались и меняли полотенца 2 раза за 9 полных дней, постельное белье 1 раз.Есть фен.

wi-fi только в фойе и у бассейна, но ловит стабильно и грузит хорошо. Пластиковые окна не достаточно пластиковые и не глушат уличный шум на 100%, но это не критично. Диван, который расположен в кухонно-гостинной зоне раскладывается на 2 этажа, т.е. один человек спит ниже. Обняться у вас не получится. Можно снять с дивана матрацы и спать на полу, обнявшись :) Лежаки у бассейна в большинстве своем не регулируются в положение полусидя и т.д. и всего 2-3 солнечных зонта на всех. Бассейн прямоугольной формы с углубленной частью, не большой, с детской мелководной зоной.

le.personel de cette hotel est tres tres sympa les chambres sont bien avec le balcon cest tres sympathique pas de bruit la.nui si on ferme les.porte bien sur la clim est super les femme de.menage sont super sympa

dans l.hotel le.seul petit truc a reproche cest que les.plaque de.cuisson fonctionne mais pas assez pour faire cuire des plat se qui etai tres tres domage le mieu serai le gaz cest mieu

Описано всё честно, так и есть, до моря 300 метров, по улочке с барами, супермаркетами и тряпочно вещевыми магазинчиками. До Порт Авентуры 10 минут ходу. В нумере ДСПэшная мебель, всё целое и чистое. Бронировали номер на 4 человек, 2 взрослых и 2 детей. Получили номер с одной спальней с 2 полутораспальными кроватями и номер студию с кухней и диваном на 2 человек. По два комплекта простыней и по 3 полотенца. В кухне плита, холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, посуда для готовки и еды. Cамое главное достался номер на 7 этаже, если получится бронируйте его, в качестве балкона достанется часть крыши. У нас был номер 703 у него самый громадный кусок крыши 6 на 20 метров. Вид на 3 стороны море, горы, американские гонки. Это самая высокая точка в районе, так что полная приват зона для загорания или для романтики. Там есть не только столик и стулья, но и лежаки для 4 человек.

Очень шумный холодильник, пришлось выключать на ночь. Очень медленный лифт, так что если живёте высоко, то нужно иметь или здоровье, или терпение.

Posizione ottima, con fermata autobus davanti all' hotel , Piscina gradevole. staff dell' hotel gentilissimo. spiaggia e supermercati vicini, un posto veramente fantastico, ci ritorneremo...

цена-качество подойдет. до моря три минуты пешком, супермаркеты рядом, что еще надо. все прсто без шика.

Apartamento agradable, muy limpio y bastante completo. Personal muy simpático. Bien situado.

Impossible de cuisiner avec une vieille poële qui accroche. Pas de plat pour le micro onde. Pas de cafetière. C'est dommage!

1. Location - concerning - Beach: just 3-5 minutes walking to sea. There is a beautiful fountain on the way to sea - it like magic fountain in Barcelona - there is a music and "dancing" water performance in the evening. - Big food supermarket Micelangelo in the ground floor of next building - please ask hotel staff for detailed direction - Bus stop just near the hotel entrance door - buses of company Plana to Barcelona and Barcelona airport. Also, there is a Plana office on the square Europa (where hotel situated) and people from PLana staff often are on duty near the bus stop and near the office to help clients - they speak English and Russian. - Walking distance - just 15-20 minutes - to PortAventura park. 2. Excelent staff. They explained us everything and answered any questions. Also: when we checked in into appartment, I noticed that balcony door lock was brocken - it was not good from security point of view. I informed women on reception about this, and she promised to send a men to repair the lock the next day. The next day, when we returned to appartment, lock was in order. 3. Kitchenette has all nesessary equipment 4. Good air conditioning. 5. Swimming pool 6. Fast WiFi internet on the ground floor near reception and around swimming pool.

1. Location - concerning railway station - we arrived to Salou by train, and it took about 20 minutes to go to hotel. 2. A bit noisy - from neightbours and from street. Try to get a room with windows to internal yard and swimming pool area - it is not so sunny and noisy. I heard that people with windows to Europa square complained that there was very hot in spite of air conditioning. 3. Deposit box in a room costs additional money.

hemos estado muy bien, la limpieza de la habitacion muy buena ,el menaje de cocina completo y limpio, nos cambiaron las toallas y solo estubimos 3 noches, hay material basico que no ofrecen otros apartamentos como estropajo bayetas, trapos de cocina y papel de baño, el personal de recepcion amable y dispuesto.Es muy centrico lo cual tiene ventajas pero a la noche si pretendes dormir no esta tan bien (bueno, nosotros lo solucionamos con unos tapones para los oidos del mercadona) la vedad hemos estado agusto.

Que todo lo del apartamento correspondia a lo visto en el sitio web booking.com. Acogida muy buena en la recepcion,y siempre contestando a cualquier pregunta. Apartamento limpio.

Appartement confortable, propre, lumineux et personnel très sympathique. Proche de la plage et des commerces. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Seulement 2 lits et donc 1 canapé-lit pour les chambres de 2-4 personnes.

We hebben een leuke tijd gehad bij cye salou! Het complex had een goede ligging.

Alleen jammer dat de muziek tot laat doorging en hard was.

Estuvimos 4 días en Julio y muy bien la limpieza del apartamento. No puedo hablar de mucho mas ya que no usamos el resto de las instalaciones, piscina, bar y demás Tampoco problemas de ruidos. Esta bien situado para ir a Port Aventura andando, 20 minutos tranquilamente.

Ascensor muy pequeño.
