La amabilidad del personal No me gusta que para localizar a la persona de recepción tuviera que estar gastando en llamar a un móvil, ya que no habia persona física en la recepción, el desayuno continental que cogí muy mal, sólo un croisant o una magdalena, por favor ni una tostada que es lo más básico?.

Está a 18 km de Madrid por la r3 que encima tiene muy poco tráfico. Puedes aparcar en la puerta, porque en la web pone que no tiene parking, pero como el hostal está en un polígono tienes bastante sitio cerquita para aparcar sin problemas. La habitacion individual es muy espaciosa, está limpia y es cómoda. El personal del hostal es muy agradable.

La mujer de por la mañana que fue muy amable pero la cubana de la noche y todo lo demas una puntuacion de un 0 La verdad es que era un sitio penoso para el precio que piden, sin limpiaza y sin nada.

El personal del hotel: ¡Son encantadores! Te tratan como si estuvieras en casa, mi pareja y yo fuimos para visitar "Faunia" y la verdad que pilla a 15 minutos, sin necesidad de meternos en Madrid o tragarnos atascos. Y el aire acondicionado, se agradeció mucho en las noches de calor Madrileñas. La ubicación, se encuentra en una zona de polígono, que por las mañanas se oyen algún que otro camión y alguna que otra carrera nocturna de personajes jóvenes sin cabeza, sin embargo, la calle siguiente ya forma parte del pueblo, y en 2 minutos andando desde el hostal te encuentras en el centro del pueblo, donde comes de maravilla! La cama de matrimonio era un poco incómoda, y muy pequeña, con respecto a lresto de hoteles en los que hemos estado.

Amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió No me ofrecieron desayuno por ser fin de semana. La población estaba cerca del aeropuerto de Barajas, nuestro destino, però no nos gustó.

La amabilidad y diligencia de su personal y la excelente relación calidad-precio. La ubicación, pues estaba cerca de un polígono industrial y había cierto problema con la seguridad de la zona, pero entiendo que es una circunstancia que escapa al hotel en sí y es extensible a la mayoría de las zonas de este tipo y en este momento de crisis.

Estaba limpio y el staff es agradable EL colchón era antiguo, se notaban todos los muelles y se hundía, pero lo peor de todo fue el desayuno. De continental nada, un cafe, un zumo de bote y un bollo industrial, un asco.
