Enough space for family with 2-3 kids. Salon and kitchen very useful. Enough space to relax for everybody. Close to buy food and cook, specially even under the falts there is fish marcet to buy and cook in the kitchen by self. We enjoyed staying with family and coocked our food by self.

Reception and flats are 4 km far from each other. Difficult to understand and receive the key by arrival. Need to pay taxi extra for that for foregners who come first time to Barcelona.

    Nice apartment, good size, modern.

Have to go to office to check in , then 15 mins in taxi to apt. Lots of things broken. No hot water ! Only enough for half a shower. Staff whilst helpful on the phone , didn't fix problems. We had to shower elsewhere for 4days! No electricity on the last night, which I had to fix myself! If you like to wash and want to relax do not stay here!!

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Good and safe location.

The condition of some utilities was vague. After we have left we have been billed for breaking a lamp - it was broken already before our arrival -> there is no condition list of the appliances.

The location was great and the staff were very helpful.

The terrace was disgusting. Would not actually call it a terrace but a vast space with an old table and chairs with broken glass and rubbish everywhere. Obviously thrown there from the apartments above. Very unsafe as we were with young children.

Originally I have reserved an apartment for 6 persons for 7 nights, I visited the website and think that there should be 2 bathrooms as there were different pictures showing different toilets and bathroom. I then liaised with the staff, who was so friendly, helpful and kind to upgrade another apartment for 9 persons to us. The apartment was clean and comfortable which helped us to save a lot of money as we could cook our breakfast every morning. The location was good as it took about 10 minutes time to walk to Sagrada Familia, we could visit the famous site during night time. Moreover, there were few supermarkets nearby.
