The hotel is very cheap, a great value for money ! Rooms are more than ok, breakfast is enough, fresh, but not too much choice. Has a swimming pool and more.

Reasonably far away from the city center, but has a direct bus connection (number 23). Too far to walk every day.

Free parking, fact that it was close to the highway. This was the perfect hotel for us as we drove in with a car. City centre of alicante is a nightmare to find parking. This hotel is set just outside and is connected very well by bus to the city centre. Frequency of bus is every 10minuts and runs until midnight.

Breakfast is not worth 8€. Poor quality. The hotel is difficult to find if you do not have a good GPS. The name of the hotel is not easily visible to the road if you drive in from the highway.

A modern, clean, well-equipped hotel with the added bonus of an outdoor swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and fluent in English and several other languages. The hotel was in a very convenient location: a 5-minute drive to the motorway, 15 minutes to the airport and about 7-8 minutes to the beachfront of Alicante. I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting an overnight stay before or after a flight and will definitely stay there again.

The staff (in particular at the coffee bar) were just lovely and made such efforts to give the menu in english etc. Even when staff passed you in the hallway they were more that lovely

Not understanding the menu for dinner. Couldn't make out where the gym was situated.

I needed a cheap room for the night to attend a clinic a few doors away, it is only for that reason I stayed here. I would not normally stay in a hotel of such low quality. The non smoking room smelt of ...well smoke! The noise from the garden outside kept me awake. The bathroom had a stain on the wall which, if the bathroom was cleaned properly could have been removed with one wipe! The communal areas are nice but the rooms are getting tired - they need to replace the brown bed spreads urgently. Its not bad for what you pay but its not luxury. I would recommend a room on the top floor away from the noise that the garden has the potential to give. Breakfast finishes at 10.30 which is ridiculously early - people are on holiday, not attending a boot camp! My hire car was scraped by another car which was left in the hotel car park.

The smelly room. Breakfast finishing too early. Don't book breakfast in advance it is only 6 euros when you're there. I would have payed an extra £12 per night in advance but thankfully I didn't and I didn't get up early enough to try breakfast anyway! I did arrive at 01.30 in the morning, so naturally I was tired!

All staff were friendly and knowledgable. The room was clean, well maintained, quite spacious and had several power points. Easy access by car to the local beaches and central Alicante . The hotel offers excellent value for money especially with free parking, cold buffet breakfast included, free access to gym, sauna, jacuzzi and Wifi. The hotel surpassed our expectations in every way.

Le petit déjeuner est très pauvre,mais pour 45€ pour 2 personnes il ne faut pas s'attendre aux miracles. Aucune Télé dans le Hall de réception

Ha sido una estancia corta pero agradable

Limpieza, parking gratuito, nos concedieron lo solicitado en la reserva y pudimos entrar antes del horario de entrada.

Desayuno regular pero aceptable, un poco de jaleo pero ya achacable al poco civismo de algunos huéspedes.

Estaba muy limpio y la habitación era muy cómoda y funcional.

La televisión era antigua y el mando a distancia estaba estropeado. Y no había calefacción en la habitación.

Las puertas de las habitaciones dan golpe ruidoso al cerrarse y por la mañana te despiertan los clientes de otras habitaciones. Hacen mucho ruido al cerrarse las puertas. Lo podrían solucionar poniendo unos tacos de silicona que evitasen el golpe entre puerta y marco de la puerta

Habitación 216. Bombillas de algunas lámparas fundidas. El mantenimiento brilla por su ausencia. Se sale el agua de la bañera y se moja el suelo del cuarto de aseo.

El baño no era muy limpio, se enchargaba todo con agua cuando nos duchabamos, debajo de la cama habia mucho polvo
