Cheap parking Big rooms with balcony Friendly staff Clean rooms quality/price is ok

The location was perfect. We didn't make full use of the facilities but that was our fault. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and the staff were extremely helpful and polite.

Upgraded to a suite with balcony & sea view, very quiet room, clean, tiled floors, spacious. Most staff friendly & helpful. 10 minute walk to centre along beach road. Stayed extra days so must have been good!!

No ambiance in restaurant and bar. Bar had Spanish tv soap on too loudly and restaurant too brightly lit with no atmosphere. Wi-Fi week and un- reliable. Only bbc news & cnn channels in English.

Hotel staff pleasant apart from 1 girl who never smiled.

1.  Breakfast buffet - extremely poor quality.  Scrabbled egg looked like cardboard.  No proper cereals - childrens only.  No real choice of fruits or fruit salad.  No yoghurts.  It was like a transport cafe - even then they provide better choices. 2.  Pool area - appalling state of sun loungers and very few.  No sunshades, only trees.  3.1/2 very helpful reception staff and one that never smiled. 4. Parking facilities for disabled - no care or consideration at all.  Charge of 8 euros per day for everyone - this is totally unacceptable, even the Denia Port Hotel provides disabled parking at no cost. 5.  This hotel is about a 2 star not 4.

It was fairly close to the beach and within easy reach of bars and restaurants.

I am sure my comment is the same as many others. The room is a small apartment and not really a hotel room. It was ok but there was a kitchen which in all honestly was a total waste of room space as it did not contain anything. No plates ,cups etc,no kettle, nothing. completely empty, so why bother. The room was ok but expensive for what it is .. There are far better choices for the money within the vicinity.

Great Room we were upgrraded to juinor suite,the pool was small but warm like a bath only about 10 min walk into town and 5min to the beach.

The beds are very very hard its like sleeping on the floor.

I enjoyed my relaxing stay in the hotel but found breakfast boring each morning - no variety so opted not to have breakfast on 2 mornings. Staff v. nice but a HUGE language barrier seem to have absolutely no english or understanding and in all my travels over the years it was definetly the worst. Hotel in nice quiet location which suited me but for a lot of travellers. Weather so good had need to see the Spa as much as I would use one at home. Found location far too far, expensive and unhelpful to get or go from the destination so I would not return unless satisfactory transport was provided.

Too little English by any of the staff and absolutely no transport available from Alicante Airport. Breakfast adequate and boring. I had a suite but NO cutlery/cup/ OR even KETTLE to make cup of tea. Was I supposed to pay extra for 1 kettle,1cup,1 spoon?

El trato es excelente, el personal es encantador. Nos hicieron un upgrade y pudimos disfrutar de una suite por el mismo precio.

Lo mas flojillo quizas son los desayunos.

lo único positivo del hotel es que tenía persianas y no entraba claridad por las mañanas en la habitación.

- para ser un cuatro estrellas me parece bastante cutre - abrir la puerta y encontrarte las camas directamente, me parece antiguo (pocos hoteles hay ya así. Normalmente hay un pasillo que llega hasta la cama) y terrible, entre otras cosas, porque por las mañana te despierta la gente pegando voces en el pasillo. - es en el único hotel de 4 estrellas en que no hay botecitos de champú, gel, colonia, gorro de ducha..y eso que, desde vuestra página confirmabais que sí había) así como el mueble- bar vacío.

Limpieza y tranquilidad

Aunque tenga 4 estrellas no las merece. Las junior suite tienen una zona de cocina que no se puede utilizar. Las televisiones son viejas y con los mandos rotos. La ducha no tiene plato por lo que el agua inunda el baño. Estanque de ranas ruidosas.

Suite y spa muy bien. Muy bonito en general. Buen servicio de habitaciones.

El buffet me pareció mejorable.

Lelijke ruimte waar zich een vrij slecht ontbijt bevond. Vreselijke bedden bij het zwembad.

Me gustó todo en el hotel, desde las instalaciones al servicio.

Cómodo y tranquilo, al menos nuestra habitación situada en un extremo, la habitación bastante buena en relación calidad precio.

En el desayuno había demasiada gente y no fue muy cómodo.

las camas hay q cambiarlas y las televisiones de las habitaciones tambien y la comida de la cafeteria muuuu mala por lo menos la hamburgesa q me comi y el sandwich q se pidio mi señora
