Hotel Dato is an ornately decorated hotel located 300 metres from Vitoria train station in the heart of the Basque Country. It offers free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. All rooms at the Dato Hotel have a private bathroom complete with amenities and a hairdryer. Some have a balcony. There are sculptures and paintings throughout the Dato, including in the rooms. Close to the heart of the city. Comfy. There are many stores nearby along with the train station. Toiletries (soap) could be a little better

Location was good, walking distance to the old city and near parking. The decor is idiosyncratic and needs updating/refreshing. The mattresses were worn and lumpy. The clerk at the desk on our arrival was officious and unfriendly. Much better was the young woman trainee we met later.

I liked the Hotel Dato because it was centrally positioned. Within easy reach of all bars and eateries. The Hotel was very unique in its decor. I myself found all the antiquities very interesting and am particularly interested in the Art Nouveau period. I would definately stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family. Considering the time of year I travelled to the Hotel Dato I found it very cold and wet. The only complaint I would have is that I would have liked the room to be warmer. The heating came on at certain times, which I felt was not adequate enough. The other complaint/disadvantage I would have is that the hotel does not have a lift. It causes a problem with the luggage situation.

Sólo nos ha convencido su ubicación. La decoración, estilo y acondicioamiento del Hotel, mucho que desear. Además, no informa de que no dispone de ascensor.

Su ubicación, muy céntrico y muy próximo a la estación de Renfe. Rodeado de lugares para comer, tapear, tomar copas, etc. Muy cómodo en general.

su ubicacion no tiene ascensor con lo cual estando en una 3ª planta tuvimos que subir las maletas a cuestas, en el baño no habia la "toalla" que se utiliza para la entrada a la ducha, en pleno inviernono encienden la calefaccion hasta las 18:00 y la apagan por la noche asi que la ducha matutita se hace dura,

la ubicacion es excelente, buen trato, relacion calidad-precio buena, sin duda volvería. La puerta del baño era de cristal translucido y no cerraba por lo que te enterabas de todo lo que se hacia en el baño, un poco incomodo

Sitio muy céntrico . Decoración original . Con el esmero que han puesto en la decoración todo se desmorona con las colchas a cuadros , ese detalle desmerece mucho.

el hotel esta muy bien situado y la habitacion era confortable con una cama muy comoda, en general estaba bastante limpio y lo mejor era la decoracion era muy original y bastante recargada pero merece la pena verla

Un pequeño hotel muy céntrico con una decoración sorprendente. Calefacción demasiado fuerte en las habitaciones. Hotel sin ascensor y escaleras relativamente estrechas, el equipaje se maneja con dificultad.

Muy amables, excelente situación, zona azul en las proximidades, necesité llamadas desde fijo y despertador y lo resolvieron inmediatamente, tiene WIFI, todo correcto. No tenía sitio para trabajar dentro de la habitación, sólo una mesita, es más bien para no estar en la habitación.
