This elegant hotel is in the center of historic Granada, a 25-minute walk from the Alhambra. It offers classic-style rooms with a terrace overlooking the city.

At first It looks like location is a little bit far from the center, but actually it's very good. The staff is very kind.
the parking lot is too narrow to get in & out. But the staff do parking for the guest.
You can park nearby and the location was excellent, the room was clean and confortable, the bed excellent but the pillow was too big. I recommend this hotel.
Nice staff, comfort.
The desk manager was extremely helpful re our Alhambra tour arrangements
some confusion re Duaro II and Duaro
Hotel was excellently located and staff were very helpful.
Helpful staff, good position.
Excellent Wi-Fi and comfortable mattress
Terrible air conditioning. Hotel unable to provide a better air conditioned room upon request. Excessive street noise.
Within easy reach of city centre - our room had great view of the mountains behind. Really helpful staff
Is on a busy street, but this didn't effect our stay at all.
Everything top notch, definitely value for money
Breakfast was well below average, just don't take it, plenty of nice cafes around
Location was good, within a comfortable walking distance of the old town. Supermarket around the corner was quite handy. Staff were friendly. The price was good for the location, I paid about €45 a night for a double room. I don't think it was worth more than this though.
The noise. I didn't get a single good sleep in four nights. Front rooms overlook a very busy street with a lot of traffic, and back rooms overlook an alley where rubbish trucks were in use around midnight (on the Thursday and Friday nights of my stay). Because the room was so small, the bed was very close to the door and noise from the corridor was unavoidable. The aircon was extremely loud and rattled so much that I couldn't keep it switched on at night. This meant an uncomfortable hot room. The noise level was comparable with a tumble dryer when it was on high. I had specifically booked this hotel because it stated that the rooms were soundproofed, but I think this was very misleading and they were absolutely not soundproofed in any way. Wifi was very patchy and couldn't be used reliably.
Good location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.
Air conditioning did not work in the room. It was so hot we could hardly sleep. They tried to fix it but it just was not sufficient for the room. Also terrible smell of sewerage in the bathroom made the room very unpleasant. This was a triple room, perhaps the standard rooms are fine
Easy access to all sightseeing, easy travelling to sights, good speaking staff, friendly staff! Brilliant stay.
Loved the location, helpful staff, loved our room with the patio.....and was good value
Easy Access, Onsite Parking, Pleasant & helpful Staff Great Location for almost all the top places to visit & Shopping! (many within easy walking distance. Taxis & Buses right outside the door. Tapas Bars all around, really pleasant walks alongside the River, a must before breakfast!!
The Dining/Breakfast room was a little Cramped!
I was at walking distance from the downtown attractions and not too close to the hustle and bustle. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was additional but totally worth it. assorted variety and excellent coffee!
The air conditioner could not keep up with the July heat. The shower leaked and left a puddle on the bathroom floor every day. The tiny soap bars would break and not last long. They were not refilled either.
Great location it's on a busy road but can't hear traffic at all when doors are closed. Breakfast was good. Beds really big and comfortable, as were the pillows.
Air conditioning unit/fan a bit noisy so turned it off in the middle of the night.
Liked the ambience, clean room, central location
Breakfast was very good. Lamp needed fixing when we arrived and it was fixed immediately.
Beds WiFi Balcony Staff
Other than the low speed and unstable wifi, everything was great.
Good hotel at a great price. It would have been good to be a little closer to the Albacin but at only ten mins brisk walk, was fine. Don't bother with breakfast if it isn't included: go around the corner into the street behind and have a local brekkie of tostata with tomato and jamon with a coffee for 2,50
Modern, so not the atmosphere of somewhere in the Albacin but proved to be a good base if you are OK with a bit of a walk
