Location. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly staff.
We enjoyed our two-night stay It was comfortable, clean, and convenient for exploring Granada. The price was reasonable. All staff except one were helpful.
There were two issues that were negative. When we arrived, the male staff member ignored us. We stood at the desk while he looked at the computer. He was curt and cold when he finally addressed us. He offered no helpful information. Secondly, the WiFi did not function in our room. We had to sit in the lobby in order to use the WiFi.
Calle Navas is a street of restaurants. It is close to the cathedral and fairly close to Allahmbra. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff, nice heated rooms.
small rooms, small beds
Proximity to airport
The restaurants were very well located, but disappointing in their menus--very little variety to choose from and too much loud rock music.
Nothing has been to much for the staff, excellent breakfast, perfect valet service for car. Big rooms with wooden floors, ideal for allergic people. We are going back soon!
Good location for sightseeing.
The hotel was hard to find,as we were driving, and the extra cost for parking was high.
The location was excellent, near to the centre and the Alhambra. We liked the fact that the hotel was on a lively street with cafés and restaurants. Nice room, very comfortable beds. We were on the 4th floor and had a view of the city from the roof top terrace.
The hotel didn't have a bar, although there was a cafe/ bar adjoining. We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Location was good. Lots of restaurants near by. Public bus to Alhambra was close. Enjoyed walking your with play Granada.
Very central, staff extremely helpful ,lots of bars and cafes nearby, easy walking to main sights.
Parking and access are a challenge, however insights provided by reception staff were very helpful in locating parking spots for nil payment. \parking available at normal rates by hotel Calle Navas noisy in evenings, large groups booked in to hotel also im pacted our stay at times
The wonderful view from our room. Very friendly staff.
Price, worth it for the location but not the quality of the room.
A little out dated and noisy
This hotel,is directly above noisy bars and cafes
Very good location: only a few minutes walk to the cathedral, 2 minutes walk to a small super market. Staff at the reception was extremely helpful when we had some banking problems (even though it was not their duty to help us in this case). Also, bathroom was huge (at least that's the case for the triple rooms) and very well equipped.
Wifi connection was not very stable, yet it was enough for quickly checking the emails.
Valet parking was good
Very bad room breakfast poor and only open from 7.30 to 9.15 am.
Hotel is well located on walking distance from attractions and near restaurants and bars. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and the wifi is operational. Quality to price a good deal.
Quite some rumour in the street during the entire night.
Position Staff Price from booking.com
Price qouted from hotel Terrible pillows No coffee - tea making facilities in rooms I believe the car driver may have scratched our hire car
The staff were very good and moved us to another room and saw that our luggage was moved without any trouble to us.
Was booked into a room that had a terrible smell - blocked shower drain I think.
Loved the large terrace over looking Granada. We asked for a quiet room and we got one. Room was a reasonable size, bed was comfortable.
The beds are fantastic. We had a room on the first floor overlooking the lane and cafes. Were not disturbed at night. The valet service was efficient.
A little difficult to find by car but once there it was central to the old town and the Alhambra was just a short bus (E1.20) or taxi ride (E4.00) away.
The rooms were lovely.
Parking was a problem.
Excellent location, close to the city center and major tourist attractions. Short distance from Alhambra. Nice, clean and large room. Rich breakfast. Definitely to choose.
No parking places around but there are a few underground garages nearby although a bit expensive (16,5 euros/night).
The location is perfect for what we wanted to do in Granada, short walk to the shopping center and the Cathedral, about 30 to 40 minutes walk to Alhambra. We traveled by train and the taxi fare to the hotel was less than 8 Euros. There are nice restaurants and bars along Navas street where we enjoyed good tapas.
Location is great, good price, receptionist was excellent. Parking is available.
