The fact that it was very well equiped, clean, stylish, quiet, central to most of the major attractions, and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Family owned which has recently taken back the operation from a management company. Pride of ownership really shows in all the attention to detail. A really beautiful and spacious apartment that was quiet but short walkable distance from all the high lights in the Gothic quarter.

Found the price rather high but I was lucky to find anything during the week of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Excellent location very close to lots of good restaurants , barceloneta beach, and lots of good shopping. Everything in walking distance and still not too touristy , Apartment was big enough for 2 adults and 2 young kids and flexible enough that it was a home away from home. Natalia the owner also hooked us up with a great babysitter so we could enjoy some time out

Good apartments to stay some days. It's 5-7 minutes to get the metro & 10-15 minutes to get the port. Supermarkets are 2-3 minutes. The design is nice. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The kitchen was equipped with all the nececcary things. All in all, it's a good value for money.

Staying at the apartments for 3 or more people may be a bit uncomfortable because some rooms have no doors... just doorways.

The staff were extremley helpful. Not only did they provide me with details of how to get to the apartment late at night but they also gave me the costs and times of the various methods. Natalie and Victoria also provided us with a listing of some of the better local restuarants for us to try as well when I asked them about where to go for NYE. Very helpful, thankyou!!

Location was perfect. Rooms were nice and comfortable

If I had to break really picky I would have preferred a bath tub but that's a personal preference

L'accueil était très agréable et chaleureux. L'appartement, central, était bien situé et calme.

аппартаменты совсем рядом с парком сьютадель, внизу прокат велосипедов. чисто, красиво. отличный консьерж, на кухне есть все необходимое (посуда, быт.химия), хорошее постельное белье. в барселоне будем останавливаться в этих аппартаментах.

Perfecte ligging, vanaf het appartement zo in het centrum van Barcelona en veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Appartement was verder van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij zaten op de derde verdieping en hadden geen last van het verkeer en rumoer van de tegenoverliggende bars.

Bedden zijn absoluut een minuutje. Je ligt gewoon met een matras op een houten plank en dat ligt niet lekker. De kinderen lagen op een slaapbank, die op zich okay lag.

Tout ! Bien sûr on est pas en bord de mer, mais l'ancien quartier el born est plein de petits bars ou autres commerces de proximité. Il est très bien placé, le métro à 5 mn de marche et peut-être 10 pour être sur le port. Un parking payant (26.50€ / 24h) à 5 mn. L'appartement est réellement spacieux (2 chambres, 1 salle de bain, 1 salon / salle à manger et une kitchenette tout équipée). Le tout décoré avec style mariant le design à l'ancien. L’accueil est parfait et la bagagerie disponible de 10h à 19h. A recommander.
