Feel Good Apartments Decimonónico  

Good location: close to church Santa Maria del Mar, Picasso Museum, Park de la Ciutadella, Franca train station which we used to get to the airport (changed train at Passeig de Gracia, same platform) using the T10 travel ticket (~1euro the trip). We even found 2 nice restaurants near by serving menu of the day for around 10 euro (2 courses + desert + drink) - very good food! The superior apartment with 1 bedroom (4pers) was very big, nice, quiet (once or twice we heard loud people passing by the building, so I guess it depends on the common sense of the people passing by). We appreciated the nice kitchenette and the big windows with daylight coming in (this feature is not so easy to find in those narrow alleys of the old quarter).

The location on the booking.com map is wrong, so it took us a while and 2 phone calls to find that alley. Carrer de la Pescateria is easier to find if you walk on Avinguda de Marques de l'Argentera towards Park de la Ciutadella/Estacio Franca (opposite side than the train station). It is the last street before Carrer del Rec. The wooden beams and the ceiling could use some more paint.

The location was excellent, most of the central attractions of Barcelona are in walking distance. We stayed in a superior room for 4 people with my family including 2 kids and we had enough living space including a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Don´t expect high quality, but it is reasonable for the price we paid.

Booked the 1 bedroomed apartment that slept 4. Rather small we had stayed before and stayed in the 2 bedroomed but wasnt available this time. Would definately recommend the 2 bedroomed for 4 adults.

Nice design and great location.

Very hard to find, cab driver couldn't drive us all the way because traffic not allowed on these narrow old streets. Asked several people for directions, nobody knew, we were carrying around our very heavy luggage for 15 minutes before we finally found the place. There should be a detailed map with directions on their website.

The appartement was amazing. We were there with 4 friends in highseason and had a kickass time!

It was not very far away from the city

When we checked in the staff gave us the key from the appartment and it had not been cleanned. We went back to the office to tell what was happening and they didnt even ask sorry, they just said it would soon be cleaned. People from the staff were not very friendly. The appartment was not cleaned every days.

En hyggelig lejlighed med en optimal beliggenhed. Passer fint til 4 voksne. Rolige gader og ikke meget larm.

Det ville være rart at have mulighed for at tjekke ind før kl 14.

Ruhige Lage und doch sehr zentral.

Il palazzo dove si trova l'appartamento è ubicato in una posizione ottima: nella zona della città vecchia, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro e a 15 minuti (una bella passeggiata sul mare) dalla Rambla. E' un appartamento molto carino, ben curato e pulito. A disposizione asciugamani, sapone, phon, utensili base per la cucina (tra cui anche il microonde e il tostapane) e cassetta di sicurezza. All'arrivo viene dato il "regolamento" e viene fatto compilare il contratto. In questo viene richiesto il codice di carta di credito per garanzia: nel caso non si rispetti qualche regola (troppo rumore, danni causati..) verranno detratti 150,00€ dal conto. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile.

Il palazzo è molto rumoroso anche di notte. Questo sempre per colpa di certa gente che il rispetto non sa nemmeno cosa sia e torna alle 4 di notte sbattendo porte, ridendo e cantando a squarcia gola.

Läget var suveränt Fräsch, rymlig lägenhet. Tyst och lugn gata men ändå grymt centralt!

Personnel froid mais efficace

Lo que mas nos ha gustado es la buena ubicación, tranquilidad y cercanía de transporte publico. El personal es amable y de buen trato.

El menaje es muy escaso en calidad y cantidad. El precio del apartamento creemos que merece algo mejor.
