Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice pool/spa. Spa was not included. In spa: small changing room. This was a Saturday and there was plenty of guests in spa, - Very crowded in the locker room.

1. Possibility of breakfast right in the hotel. In Spain it's a kind of disaster with the early feeding :) 2. Across the Europa park is the 'La Rocca" restaurant with the most delicious menu in this city. 3. A quiet place despite the road next to. 4. It's same time if you walking to the center or the beach both. 5. A SuperSol supermarket is nearby too. Right behind the hospital. 1. A mattress. I can't sleep well. When I lay on it I want to sleeping and sleeping again. Right till the dinner! 2. Neighbours. A two nights at once they lays their child to sleep at 1:15 AT NIGHT! Baby cries and daddy speaks a loud as it's a day. Full of his spanish voice. We are wakes up of course!

Very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning in the room and good breakfasts. A bit out of the way if you don't have a car, though in a very nice area. It is a good half hour walk to the ferry.

Private Parking It smelled terrible! The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the tv did not work, the ac was sketchy and the mini refrigerator was not cold.

Su ubicación La habitación olía a humedad en cantidad. Había pelusas por todos los rincones. Se aprovechan de las fechas... Porque pagar 200€ por una noche en un hotel de 3 estrellas '' estilo hostal''.... Dejo mucho que desear.

el aparcamiento tener que llamar siempre para que la calefaccion funcionara-estas cosas tendrian que estar ya resueltas cuando un cliente ocupa una habitacion-la primera habitacion que nos ofrecieron estaba en mal estado.

El personnal del hotel muy sympatico ambiente familiar tranquilidad servicio de cafeteria muy bien El Spa muy bien ,pero no commodo,pasear del hotel a spa se refria. Debe haber unos trajes especiales para circular al interior del hostal sin tener que desvestir en el Spa. La piscina ,a lo meno debe, ser accessible sin limite de tiempo

nos ha encantado la relación calidad precio, el personal amabilísimo, las habitaciones amplias y con poco ruido, l spa chiquitito pero con encanto. En general todo muy bien. Los ascensores estuvieron estropeados todo el fin de semana.

En relacion calidad precio es bastante aceptable, habitaciones limpias y desayunos completos! A pesar de ser un hotel con piscina y spa no especifican en la pagina que unicamente puedes utilizar la piscina pagandola lo cual no me parece lo mas correcto. Si utilizas el spa logicamente pagas el servicio pero hasta ahora no me habia encontrado con un hotel que no se pudiera utilizarla la piscina independientemente de que preste dicho servicio. Ademas de que accedimos a la piscina a las 20:30 y de muy malas formas nos dijeron que a las 9 cerraban. Otro punto a mejorar es que ponga secadores en los cuartos baños

Tiene SPA. Es acogedor. La relación calidad precio es razonable. El trato del personal muy bueno. Tamaño de habitación pequeño. Desayuno bufftet muy básico. Mala Ubicación. Ni está cerca de las playas ni cerca del centro.

Hotel tra un 3 e 4 stelle per quanto riguarda l'ambiente, le camere e la pulizia. Sicuramente di qualità superiore rispetto ad un 3 stelle. La cucina potrebbe migliorare..qualità medio bassa

La tranquilidad del hotel y del pueblo, el parking (aunque era de pago) y la amabilidad del personal. Muy confortable y silencioso, idóneo para un viaje romántico. Que había que pagar por todos los servicios del hotel (piscina, spa...) y la localización (la estación de tren estaba muy lejos andando del hotel y había que pedir un taxi).

es tranquilo Y relativamente cercano al centro al hacer la reserva,se me dijo que habia que pagarlo en el hotel.pero al ir A pagarlo,lo habian cargado ya en la tarjeta.algo que me hubiera gustado tenerlo previsto
