the staff were so nice and more than helpful.te decor is brilliant.breakfast across the road excellent.
Very friendly, helpful and informative staff. Also location of hotel good.
Insist on an inside room. We were given a room at front of hotel overlooking a very busy noisy street. Traffic until 2 o'clock in the morning meant very little sleep.
Friendly, helpfull host. The hotel is in the city centre
Rooms are very small Only one chair in the room. The smell in the bathroom wasn't fresh
I requested a quiet room with double bed at time of booking in November 2014. We were allocated 3rd floor room at front of building with 2 single beds and found it to be very, very noisy until well past 5am from the bars located nearby and impossible to get any rest. Staff indicated it was always this noisy on weekends. Would not advise weekend stay unless allocated a room at rear. Parking at 15 euros per night was on 2nd floor of multi storey 3 streets away (no lift) and so difficult when transporting luggage.
clean, comfortable, friendly staff, efficient check in
very small rooms
Very helpful and friendly reception staff.
Would have liked the sheets changed more as we stayed 10 days
Nice location, charming staffing and clean
I asked for a double bed and they gave us 2 beds put together but we coulf feel the hole between the two beds... . No confortable to sleep
Staff & location
The stench of sewer gas emanating from the bathroom
Attention to detail Take into account customers' requests
Poor internet connection Lack of toiletries after the first day of our stay
Friendly staff, nice room. Bathroom good, no problem with shower. A few minutes walk from the Cathedral. Stayed only one night.
Nothing really if you must not stay on the main street.
In the city centre Good value for money
Very close to all attractions/restaurants/bars. No outside noise during night
No window in room and quite claustrophobic
there was no proper restaurant and cosy lounge facility
Perfect location, super friendly staff, some free things for guests (water, coffee, tea, caramel) modern decoration, clean
The whole experience. We stay here as it is so close to the Teatro Cervantes for the New Year concert. Just a very good hotel.
Friendliness of Staff Comfy Bed Hot & Cold drinking water facility Location
Lack of ventilation in winter (opening windows is noisy) Poor WIFI
Staff Good size room Comfy beds Central location
Doors banging echoing throughout hotel lots of noise from street below
The quietness of the room and the location meant that we had a perfect stay in this wonderful city
The room was smaller than we had expected
Breakfast was not at hotel but some restaurant nearby. It was very thin - not normal breakfast in this restaurant. For hotel visitors there were own short list (1 and only one coupe of coffee, one juice, one bread with cheese, ham)
The location, the room, the staff is perfect I loved to stay there ! They offer trips on foot or bikes around the city
location - close to central Malaga and calle larios very quiet - windows were soundproofed rooms to a very high standard fabulous, friendly staff very clean and comfortable bed
The Hotel was perfectly located to be close to both restaurants and places of interest. Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. We had an internal room so window onto the stairs which meant no natural light. This didnt bother us as we were only there one night but if I was staying longer would prefer an external window. Breakfast is in the cafe across the road and plently of choice or other bars nearby. Will certainly use this Hotel again when we are in the City.
Location wise, this is a great hotel. You are only a very short walk from the old town and all the sites. It's not expensive so is great value.
The rooms are very tiny and rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy. We were at the back which was quiet but incredibly hot. There was no window in the room which is not nice but the receptionist did get the air conditioning fixed which helped.
Great location, blackout curtains - perfect for blocking out early Spanish sun. These things matter when you're on holiday and need your sleep! Modern decor
Would have preferred more variety of breakfast and for it to actually be at the hotel. An expensive add-on for what is essentially a €1 coffee and a crossiant in a cafe across the road.
Good location, close to good tapas places and main street. Frendly staff.
The room is small, no window to see outside and not clean.
